Nice little hotel on the outskirts of Macerata old town. Stayed there over Christmas to visit relatives in the area, and the holiday staff were pleasant and attentive. Limited dining in the hotel but many restaurants within a few minutes walk and free car parking. Will stay there again.

Older BW franchise on the outskirts of Macerata town. No restaurant at the hotel, only a breakfast bar, but plenty of restaurants and cafes within a few minutes walk. Friendly staff and free parking and the rooms are clean, but could do with renovation. I booked a superior room with a large balcony offering a nice view of the old town and was generally satisfied with my stay.

I was highly disappointed and humiliated
It was a horrible experience, I was no heating service in my bedroom so the gave me a small heater which is not healthy, secondly when I surrendered the key at the reception on checking out day the receptionist told me that I did not pay for the night I spent but paid the previous night according to there record. We sorted it out and I left but unfortunately the same receptionist drove to the bus park and gave me the worst embarrassment of my life that am still owing the hotel for one night in the park. I showed him the again the payment plan which reads that all your stay have been paid for. He came back and ask me city tax of 2euro , I queried him insisting that u did not ask me city tax when I handed u over the keys but your disgracing me in the park as if am a criminal. I have already informed my lawyer to take a legal action against the hotel management.

Lovely hotel in a lovely Le Marche town
Just a very nice, pleasant, clean, no-smoking hotel with amazing rainfall showers. Good location.

Great Option
I went to Anyone, with the idea to stop by Montelupone, 40 min from Ancona... Ancona's hotels were not expensive but full of bad reviews. This hotel was more than expect... The staff were great, the service was good... The access is good if you know how to drive in Italy's country side. Most important the price! Great price for the quality of the hotel... I would stay here again.

Très bien pour une escale
Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel juste pour une escale sur notre trajet. Aucune remarque négative, l'équipe est présente, nous sommes arrivés tard vers minuit, ils ont pu trouver une place pour notre voiture dans leur garage bien que le parking a déjà été rempli.

Confortevole e pulita Stanze di comodità e di relax. Mi è piaciuto il sentiment con il quale le persone dell’accoglienza ci hanno dimostrato di esserci. L'Hotel è un tre stelle che avrebbe bisogno di essere risistemato. La volta precedente cavo antenna rotto e quindi senza televisore. Questa volta schienale sedia rotto. Per essere una stanza confort servizi ridotti all'osso.
