Pros: The location.
Cons: The whole appearance of the hotel. I have stayed in much nicer looking hotels than this for the price. I travel a lot locally and nationally.
When I arrived to check in, the staff was arguing with a customer. After listening to both sides of the story, the customer was right!

OK Hotel for one night.Posted Apr 8, 2013
The hotel linens and towels need to be fresh and clean. Carpets need to be clean. The room was fine but I couldn't sleep because the room smelled bad.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!!!!Posted Dec 17, 2012
Location: THE LOCATION WAS FINE--THE HOTEL TERRIBLE
I RESERVED THIS ROOM WELL IN ADVANCE. I REQUESTED A NON SMOKING ROOM AND I REQUESTED A GROUND FLOOR ROOM AS I AM 72 YEARS OLD AND I REQUESTED A KING BED. WHEN WE ARRIVED AT THE INN I WAS TOLD THERE WERE NO GROUND FLOOR ROOMS AVAILABLE--I WAS TOLD I WAS GETTING A NON-SMOKING ROOM ON THE 2ND FLOOR--WHEN MY WIFE AND I ENTERED THE ROOM IT SMELLED SO BAD IT PRACTICALLY KNOCKED US OVER AND THE BEDS WERE 2 QUEENS. WHEN YOU LOOKED OUT THE WINDOW ALL YOU COULD SEE WAS PILES OF TRASH AND BROKEN GLASS ON THE GROUND.

just cheap.. nothing further..Posted Jul 4, 2012
well.. you will get what you pay for.. so.. it's cheap.. no complain for it.. if your primary goal is to save money and don't care about the quality, it is fine.. but do not want to recommend this place to the family or business travelers or female/couple travelers..

stay there allthe timePosted Sep 29, 2011
I stay at this hotel all of the time, it is clean and the people are nice. It is the best price and you get the same things in this hotel like the others and cost you more to stay.

Great Place, great Serice, great valuePosted Apr 12, 2011
Stayed at this property fro a daughters weeknd at Western Illinois Univ. I have to say for the value this is a great place. No it's not the Hilton or Marriott. It';s not trying to be. The building has been around fro a while bit the owner are keeping it clean, well maintained. The room was very clean and the matterss was on of teh best I've slept on. The inkeeper ( can't re,meber his name) was HIGHLY service oriented. Free WiFi, Complimentary breakfast and if you like there's nice comfy bar & grill next door or the Macomb Family Diner across the street. I'll be staying here again when i visit my daughter at Western

Will do, in a pinchPosted Oct 29, 2010
Staff was very nice. Smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms were co-mingled so smell was not confined to any area of the motel. There seemed to be an excesive amount of space between the door and door frame/threshold. Some of the other guests got belligerent in middle of night in the hallway and didn't seem to care that they were disturbing other guests who might be sleeping.

Pretty GoodPosted Jul 14, 2010
We were there only to sleep, so everything was good. If we had been at the hotel more, a pool would have been nice for our grand-son. The room was neat and clean, but view from window left much to be desired. the complementary breakfast could have had more choices. Plenty of ice and convenient. The manager was very knowledgeable of area. He was also friendly and made places easy to find for someone who often gets lost. I believe the lack of pool was the biggest drawback if we had spent more time there.
