“Good Night's Stay!”
I will definitely stay at this motel again. It was very convenient to shopping and other outlets. The bed was very plush feeling and roomy. It was definitely a bargain for the price. Will definitely stay again!!!
“"Rude Staff makes for Bad Staymont at Baymont"”
I woke up for breakfast (breakfast is listed as open 5:30-9:00 AM every morning), arriving at the door at 6:02 AM. I walked in and the same woman greets me and says, "You're a little early for breakfast but go ahead." So I filled my tray with cereal, a bagel, some fruit, milk and a juice to take back to my room and consume while watching TV. The woman stopped me and said,"We don't allow taking any food back to your room...you have to eat here. People throw food they don't eat out in the parking lot and now we have a cat problem." (They have microwave ovens AND refrigerators in EVERY room for the purpose of storing and cooking food). Getting tired of this ridiculous hotel I took the food back to my room anyway EVERY morning and I threw nothing into the parking lot for "the cat." The day of checkout I had to have copies made in the lobby, and the manager, Andy, was at the desk. He asked me what room I was in and I told him 222. He said, "No, no, there is a colored man in 222." I showed him my room key and I told him of the woman I spoke with before my trip that guaranteed every room had a vcr or dvd player. He asked me who I spoke with and I didn't remember, so he said, "that conversation never happened if you can't remember her name..." This could be the worst hotel in America, and is definitely the RUDEST staff I have ever experienced. AVOID STAYING AT THIS HOTEL.
“Good Stay”
Good accommodations. Very nice area. Lots of shopping & restaurants nearby.
“Do not stay here!!!”
The floor in the room was soaked due to a "water leak." Only after numerous complaints were we given another room. The pictures of the hotel online were of the new section that the hotel refused to rent to us. You do not want to stay at this hotel.
“Good Location and Close to Travel Needs”
Near the highway, but not too close and all food and shopping needs are near-by. Also, a movie theater just a block away. The breakfast buffet could be a little better, but all in all a good value.

Room was clean and the staff was very helpful
