I'd choose another unless you smoke!Posted Feb 11, 2013
Pros: Good location, friendly staff, clean rooms.
Cons: Strong smoke smell in non-smoking room.
Location: Right on Watson Blvd, close to lots of restaurants and Walmart
Hotel was easy to find, good location, lots around. Didn't hear any vehicle noise from Watson Blvd even though the hotel is close to the road. I was rather disappointed in the comfort of the room tho, especially since this hotel had such good reviews. I requested and was assigned a smoke free room which was indicated on the door and throughout the room, but the room smelled like smoke, the bathroom being the worst. I don't think a previous guest smoked in the room. I do however believe the bathroom's exhaust vent is tied into the ventilation in all the rest of the rooms in the hotel because I could smell cigarette smoke coming from our vent in our bathroom. When I closed the door the smell got sickening worse. I tried turning on the exhaust fan but that seemed to make it worse. Smoke from adjoining smoking rooms had to have been coming through the exhaust ventilation. I can't stand cigarette smoke so this experience turned me off rather quickly to this hotel. However, the room was pretty clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was the normal continental with waffles and juice. Pet fee was reasonable at $10/night, although Best Western's own website for this hotel state that the pet fee is only $7/nt, not sure what's up with that. Also, their website and Expedia state the rooms with two beds have two "queen size" beds, but they are not queen size, they're doubles. I own a queen size at home so I know one when I see one or don't see one. Overall just ok.

Lots of Other Choices in the Same Price Range NearPosted Jan 13, 2013
Pros: Location, but there are dozens of other choices in the area.
Cons: Cleanliness, TV, breakfast.
Location: Major road ... close to shopping ... easy access to other areas of Warner Robins.
While the price and location of this hotel are good, the next time I'm in the area I will look for better accomodations. The listings for the TV included a lot of channels and HBO; however my TV only had 13 channels and no HBO. There was a long black hair in the sink and the sheets had what appeared to be small blood stains. I was anticipating a nice breakfast at 6.00 a.m. as advertised, but when I got there the attendant was just beginning the process of setting up. I had a cup of coffee ... pretty good actually ... and read the complimentary paper ...nice ... while she finished; however the wait was not worth it. I tried one of the round egg products but it was not even warm. After microwaving it, it had the texture of rubber. I settled for instant grits and a banana.

great locationPosted Nov 5, 2012
I feel the location to be of great value to the customer. I stayed a weekend and it was not too far from the activities, that I attended to that weekend

OK for short stayPosted Apr 6, 2011
Hotel is basically solid but not particularly outstanding. Pretty much what I expected for the price. Exercise room was clean and neat.

Staff very helpful with any needs you may have and if they do not have the answer on the spot (doubtful) they will find the answer for you.
