The room and hallway had a weird smell- the room actually smelt like wet dog- the bed was very uncomfortable- was like sleeping on the floor. My body hurt in the morning. There was music playing loudly somewhere, no elevator- we had to lug our luggage up a flight of stairs. The breakfast - the sausages were floating in water. It was wrong. Coffee and toast were decent

Floors were filthy and there were “short” hairs in the tub. Had to have service come out to take care of the tv. I left in the middle of the night as I felt gross there Did avail myself to any “breakfast “

We stayed for a wrestling tournament. Don't like that between buildings there is no covering so you are going to get wet just to go to breakfast. Free. Nest hotel scrambled eggs i will say. Check in easy

The hotel was near the freeway, but in an inconvenient area of town. We were not able to find a restaurant for dinner nearby. The hallways had a very strong cigarette odor. There is no elevator for guests.

Bad: -The covers for the box springs (bed) were dusty -The headboard was stained -The bathtub was dirty or stained - The furniture was stained -The heating unit was dirty Good: -Many choices for breakfast, delicious and plentiful -The staff member in the breakfast room was helpful and nice -Some of the common areas were renovated and look nice, however others are dated and dark I won’t stay at this hotel in the future

This is an older property. It has been updated and is clean but some things are tired...like the sofa in the room that you could not get out of when you sat in it and the desk chair that sunk when you sat in it at the desk and the bath tub that drained slowly. Bed was good. The biggest issue...the in-room heater/air conditioner kept the room at about 85 degrees. You could adjust the temperature on the unit but it did not impact the operation of the unit - it just pumped out hot air making the room almost unbearable. Turned it off when we went to bed but room got too cold -within 30 minutes of turning it on we had excessive heat. We stayed here hoping to avoid noise from I75/bypass traffic we had experienced in other Macon accommodations. Better but still heard traffic noise all night. Breakfast was pretty good - great hostess on duty who kept everything well-stocked, clean and made everyone welcome. Would rate a 2/3 - probably would not return for other than one night stays.

My go to hotel in Macon
Came into town for a concert. My fifth stay in the last 3 years. My go to hotel in Macon. Clean rooms and facilities. Friendly staff. Great breakfast every morning. Highly recommend.
