“HANDICAPPED - DO NOT BOOK HERE!”

The grounds, staff and hotel in general was great. But if you are handicapped and need a handicap bathroom... forget it! The bathroom is so tiny I could not go in and close the door. There was no way I could even get in the bathtub. My chair fit half way through the door. It's a shame that Best Western cares so little for handicapped people that they put us in these accommodations. I complained to Best Western and received 50% off my next stay. My reply to that was... why would I EVER stay at your hotel again?

“Good hotel for the price”

We had the last room in back of the hotel which prevented us from using our laptops on the wireless internet the hotel offered. The swimming pool was closed on both days of our stay due to maintenance/repairs. The light switch in the bathroom had to be jiggled many times to get the light to stay on. As for the positive things about this hotel, the price was extremely fair. The location was ideal to access various areas in town and the complimentary breakfast was outstanding. “Found BED BUGS in the bed!”

I left less than an hour into my stay due to multiple bugs in the bed. I am a nurse and took a "sample" bug with me. One of the staff called it some kind of water bug but later identified the bug online as a bed bug and called the local health dept. The whole place was creepy.

“Great place to stay over a night”

We stopped here on our way to Florida for Spring break - Myself, husband and 2 daughters ages 13 & 15. Found this hotel very nice and comfortable after a long drive from Ohio. Very affordable and location was perfect. Lots of eating choices close by and easy access to freeway. Will definately consider stopping back again on our next trip.

“Great Location, Wonderful Desk clerks”

Room was clean, staff was very helpful, checkin was a breeze, approx 2 mins. is all it took Close by to downtown area also. Would reccomend!

Its Great location for restaurants and the I-475 bypass to Florida. Very convient to downtown and the Interstate to Savannah and Florida.

Close to the major shopping malls, and all the historic downtown venues in Macon, GA. Ga Music Hall of Fame and much more!

“Good for a Night's Rest”

Hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Hallway smelled of cigarette smoke but room did not. It was convenient to interstate.

“Won't stay again”

The area surrounding hotel was not that nice. The room was so-so. We were traveling with small children and didn't want our little one crawling on the floor. The hotel staff was very nice - but we will stay somewhere else next time
