Checking inPosted Sep 4, 2014 on Hotels.com
Front desk clerk not at all helpful! We reached the hotel approximately 12:30pm. Tried to check in. Was told check in time was 2:00pm and that the room may not be ready but gave us the key. We look in the window at the room and could see pillows in the middle of the bed. The key didn't work. We left, wasted time until 2:30 and returned. Key still didn't work. Went back to front desk. She reprogrammed the key and said the room should be ready. Back at the room, key did work but pillows were still in the middle of the bed and there were no towels. A room tech at the end of the hotel saw that we were confused and came to check. Then ran to get supplies and finish the room. In short....the room was not ready to sell until after 2:30. We were told in email that the room would be ready for check in at 11:00am. Probably wouldn't have been quite as bad if the clerk had been a little more considerate. It sure wasn't because she was real busy. We were the only people anywhere near the lobby.

Our stay at Comfort Inn in Forsyth GA was excekkebt. We were traveling with a pet and this is a pet friendly hotel and received the first floor room we requested ($15 fee-need to register pet or it costs $30). Room quite well equipped and beds very comfortable. Nearby are lots of restaurants/carryout places right up the road. Would stay there again--right off I-75
