Pros: I really liked the work area available in the room.
Cons: For the price it's a very good.
I was in town for meetings at Robins Air Force Base. This is the first time I stayed at the Comfort Inn. The price was very good, and I was very pleased to find the hotel recently renovated; also very clean.

it was a good experience to stay there but in the room the wii fii internet service did not work too well with my ipad. Everything else was good and the breakfast was ok as well.

The accommodations were fine, but they did us WRONG. We booked for one night, Friday night, for a high school reunion event in town. We decided to stay a second night. We informed the desk clerk on Friday that we would like to stay a second night. He said, fine no problem. Same room, same rate. The next morning (Sat.) we were in the lobby so we wanted to go ahead & make sure the front desk knew we were staying and to see if they needed a Credit Card. The clerk said no rooms were available and we must check out. She looked in the computer and saw a note that was entered by the clerk the night before that said "guest staying another night, same room, same rate". She said there was only one rm avail and it was King with jaccuzzi and she could not give that to us for the same rate (or even a slight reduced rate). She called the manager over and he said that the night clerk made a mistake bc he should have booked it into the system instead of just noting it. How is that within OUR control? Why wouldn't they at very least move us to the one avail rm? We had no choice but to leave. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER RELATIONS. We will never stay there again.

Pros: They had a very good selection for breakfast in the morning.
Location: Good location near the freeway.
After driving over 600 miles we were looking for a clean quite place to relax and get a good night's sleep. Comfort Suites filled the bill. We awoke refreshed and ready to hit the road again in the morning.

Pros: Location, location, location.....
Location: Great location, restaurants and shopping in walking distance.
The staff was welcoming and a good breakfast buffet every morning. The guests were nice as well.
