Pros: It was very close to where I was visiting.
Cons: At least another ice machine on the other end of the hotel. Cleaner bathtub.
Location: Lots of shopping and restaurants.
We were visiting family in the area and this hotel was within a mile of where we were going. The room was clean, but the non-skid surface in the bathtub was faded and dirty looking. The handrail in the tub area had been repaired and but was still loose. The repair job was unsightly and unprofessional looking. We needed a roll away bed, which was brought to us promptly. I asked for pillows and the staff member said they didn't have any extra. We needed ice and I had to go to the front desk to find out that there was only one ice machine and it was at the opposite end of the hotel from our room. After several hours on the road and it being after midnight, I didn't feel like walking that far.

My fiancee and I booked this room for a weekend getaway. We knew we wouldn't be in the room much so for the rate why not? GREAT location right across the street from the mall & many other restaurants/shopping areas. The lobby was pretty decent. The room on the other hand not so much. At first sight it's ok but throughout our stay we noticed things. My fiancee killed about 5 bugs in the room, 2 of which were in the refrigerator. Room service came when we went for breakfast & changed our linens. When we came back my fiancee moved the pillows & the new sheets were dirty! There was a big brown spot, almost like someone stepped on the sheets with dirt on their feet while bringing them up. Immediately, we notified the front desk & it took about 30 minutes but a housekeeper came and changed the sheets. Our daughter dropped a toy and it went under the bed, when she pulled the cover back she saw a baby bottle on the floor. I got a napkin & picked it up & there was an awful smell coming from it because it was molded. We also found an open beer can under our bed. There were holes in the blankets (it's concealed it's the blanket under the comforter). Breakfast was mediocre. Biscuits were hard as rocks, pancake machine was out of order but there was a waffle maker next to it. Overall, we were not pleased with our stay and wish we went with our first choice the higher price would've been worth it!

So so......confusion with the front desk......not too bad.....worse thing is at 8 in the morning the hispanic maid knocking on the door .....asking, " ARE YOU LEAVING..."....CHECK OUT IS AT 10......plus some creapy guy standing behind here...seemed like a Alfred Hitchcock movie.....

the hotel lobby was not bad. the hotel room is in great need of an upgrade. the mattresses are shot and the furniture is worn. there are holes in the room curtains and in the shower curtain and the tub drains extremely slow. I would not recommend this hotel and will not stay here again.

The Bed Was Soft...

Over all the hotel was nice. Had the rooms been as nice and clean as the lobby, I would have been impressed. However, the door to our room did not close all the way. There was at least an inch between the door and the door frame. You could pull on the handle and the door would fly open. Thank goodness I have a carry permit....And the tv remote did not work, changed batteries, no, change the remote still no....
