Cons: Clean rooms, update, better service
The room was dirty, didn't want to sleep under the covers. Credit card got screwed up and was promised a call from the manager to correct the problem and never heard from them. Staying away from econolodge for now on!

the room was clean although looked worn. The desk drawer was broken and in it was approx. 10 baggies. The beds were terrible on comfort. And the pillows were nothing but air, they would go flat when you lay down on them. I will not be staying at this motel again

Pleasantly SurprisedPosted Jun 18, 2012 on Hotels.com
It was a little shocking upon my first look at our motel, because I had mistakenly booked Econo Lodge. Linda, my wife, and I agreed it would be best if we just checked in since we were only going to be there one night. Well, what a surprise! The folks at the front counter could not have been nicer. Our room was clean and equiped with all of the necessary features. The bathroom was very clean, as was the carpet. The king bed was very comfortable and the towels were just wonderful, thick and soft! Good restaurants within a few minutes drive, and the breakfast was more than sufficient. We'll stay there on our next trip to Atlanta.

Price is rightPosted Dec 21, 2011 on Hotels.com
We had to stay in Macon for one night and we did not feel like paying too much for the room. For the price of the room, I must say we slept pretty comfy. The bed was very comfortable a few minor stains on the pillow case and two burn marks on the comforter but besides that it was pretty good. Free WiFi connection. The hot water in the shower was great, we never had to worry about it turning cold after a period of time. The location of this hotel is excellent, it is near the major highway and restaurants, mall and so much more. Overall, the price reflects what you can expect.

In town for conferencePosted Dec 19, 2011 on Hotels.com
We were in town only for a night and needed a hotel close to Macon State College. For the price and the location, this hotel met our needs. On the other hand, had I not been attending a meeting and been on vacation I would not have stayed here.

hotel was convenient right off the interstate close to shopping and restaurants. It was hot air conditioner was not on and took biggest part of night to cool down. We arrived late and wanted to go to bed but couldnt because of heat. Everything was pretty old. Needs to be updated.
