hotel room is right on top of a loud train track

I will not be staying at this hotel again. Hot water didn't work, hallways were dirty, bathroom was dirty, floor wasn't mopped, train came 10 times a night and shook the entire bed in the room.

Great hotel for quick trip

Pros: Wonderful updated d├ęcor. Nice bar area off the lobby
Cons: Stains on the bed coverings not attractive. Even if it is clean, it should look clean.
Location: Great access to major interstate and many food locations
Hotel staff were wonderful. Beautiful interior. great security features

Looks nice on the outside

Rude staff, rooms weren't ready, bed sheets were disgusting...it's a nice hotel, but poorly managed. This was my second stay at this hotel. It has gone downhill in the past yet. Definitely Won't stay again.

Your comments are very valuable to us and would like to apologise for all the shared concerns. Hotel had a 45 rooms college football staying the night before. Without any prior information they decided to have a late checkout as there game was not until 5 pm. This really put our hotel Housekeeping staff in a bind and as they were not able to clean rooms in timely fashion and be ready for next guest arrival. We hope to be another opportunity to share better side of our product and services.

The room was like a stay at the beach, .

Pros: Not a thing. I think because we made the booking thru Expedia they gave us a crappy room.
Cons: I know i will never book a room thru Expedia for a stay at a Holiday Inn.
Our room had sand on the floor. it was coming up from the wood flooring.

Decent, it could've been cleaner

It was okay. For the most part, it was clean there was a little but if a mess in the first room. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

A couple points to know

Very nice hotel for a quick overnight stay breaking up a long car trip. A couple points to know, the pool is only 3ft deep. Worked great for the younger kids, but older ones and adults were a little disappointed. There are no pool towels provided, need to use bath towels and ask for a new bath towel. Rooms and hotel look new/updated, but in our rooms the wood floors had streaks and some visible water damage (looked like an A/C issue leaked by the window). Service was good, beds were comfortable, and would stay here again.

Comfy, but noisy

The room and hotel were really clean and nicely decorated, but the walls are paper thin and the metal beds make a lot of noise with the slightest movement.
