Didn't ask for room with tub. Had only large shower. Would have been perfect if we had had a combination.

Nice hotel but there can be issues.

Pros: the room was nice
Cons: the education of the clerks & the inaccuracies of their customer service materials. I feel that we need to be compensated water issue.
Location: nothing revelant close to the hotel.
We were without water for a while on 4/10. My family attended a funeral out of town and everyone needed to visit the bathroom upon return to the hotel but could only flush once because there was no water, Gross! My grandchildren attempted to purchase cokes. They were informed that the coke machine only took credit cards. My granddaughters were told that they could not pay cash, that the charges would have to be charged to the room. I found out at checkout that was not true. At a different time my grandson was told he had to charge his drink to the room. Though he came in with one coke he was charged for three. The desk clerk removed these charges from 1 of the rooms. But the same thing happened in our other room, he purchased 2 drinks, they were charged to the room. However, 3 cokes were charged to the room. Did the clerks have a coke on us? The hotel welcome book indicated that breakfast buffet was $6.00-$12.00, when we went down to the buffet, the buffet was 13.99. The desk clerks said they did not know anything about a $6.00 buffet. However, we went based on the welcome book in our r0om. I am a rewards member and this is how I was treated.

We make sure all our associates are trained properly in providing excellent service to all our guests, but in your case we failed to do so. Close to the Coliseum

Made service was terrible banged on my door and told me the checkout time is at 11 when my paperwork clearly said 12 she was rude.she was ghetto and had a bad attitude

Just 8 hrs sleep

Pros: Clean, quiet, nice.
Cons: The shade was broken so could not block out city lights.
Location: No clue, was just passing thru.
The Starbucks lady didn't know how to make Starbucks products so was disappointed in my am tea fix but otherwise they were all very nice. Good hotel.

The Marriott overbooked. We were not able to stay

When we arrived the Marriott had overbooked and we were sent to another hotel. The hotel they sent us to was not near as nice as the Marriott. They did however pay for our stay.
