There was no Wi-Fi. The breakfast was practically non-existent. The walkways in front of the rooms had their coat of paint peeling. Our room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was well maintained. On the whole, we had a happy stay there.

This was my absolute worst experience staying in a hotel. The place was filthy. I booked ahead and when I got there I was told that the shower in my room did not work nor did the WiFi work. The service was extremely poor the were unapologetic about the conditions and lack of basic standards. I was running late for work so I stayed despite the unacceptable conditions. When I got to the room the sheets, blanket and curtains had cigarette burns on them. In the area with the cups and coffee pot there was hair and dirt in that area. The towels were dingy and stained. The furniture was filthy. I took pictures and I wish I could upload them. When I checked in I told them that I had a dog and they didn’t say anything except that they needed to put me in a room that accommodated pets. The next day while walking my dog I was stopped and accused of not telling them I had a dog. The girl was rude and told me a had to pay $60 pet fee. I was told they would be able to let me shower in another room but when the time came they didn’t have a room for me to shower in. This was a filthy nightmare and really, I think I should get my money back.

We stayed here twice, two weeks apart and the WiFi still doesn't work so we couldn't check email or online messages, etc. Temporary outages can be explained but failing to correct a major service problem for weeks is simply inexcusable. Also, soundproofing between rooms is poor

Both ice machines on the top and bottom floors were broken. The toilet was leaking water all over the floor. Plus, I was told that the suite I booked was unavailable because I paid the price of a normal room online. Just tragic.

The room was very clean but there were roaches at night. The toilet was leaking water from the valve in the back. When I got there they have a bucket right underneath it. The staff was average, the place overall was average, the area was a bit sketchy because of the gas station right in front of it. Overall, this place wasn't too bad for the price.

Don't even think about staying here
Would not recommend staying here. First the property does not offer a good vibe (kind of shady) when it comes to stay with your family. There were cockroaches in the rooms. The breakfast was the most terrible part of the stay- welcomed us with a gallon of expired milk. The waffle batter was not coming out of the dispenser. There was nothing else to eat. When the worker came in and tried to shake it , it looked like they never bothered to clean it in years. The person in charge was very very rude. Never ever going back there. Super 8 or Hotels .com should take action against such properties.

Computers were done, most of the time. First room, tv didnt work...i had to asked to be moved. No internet. Know that most was not there fault..but only floors available were 2nd floor.

First off when we walked into the room we immediately checked the sheets and they were dirty had black marks all over them and the pillow case then we noticed roaches crawling all over the room next the toilet water would not stop running we went to let the front desk know it was like she did not care one bit we finally asked like can we get another room that room was a little better but the towels were dirty so we went to buy our own towels and wash rags the floor was not cleaned properly and we had no wifi all night and to make it even worse the room next to mines had us up all night it was different people coming in and out her room all night the area was very sketchy like we fear for our lives and by time we checked in it was already 10pm and every where else was booked up we went the morning at check out to let them know and it was like they didn’t care talking about well the manager not here im am going to have to call him well call him because something has to be done still waiting on a call back just to get an call back couple hours later to tell me they can’t do nothing because they switched our rooms like maam we complain about both rooms nobody offered us to check out and trust we did want to but everything else was booked up so we were stuck in that nasty run down hotel it needs to be called a motel.

Stayed for three hours and then checked out after seeing 4 roaches crawl across the floor, under the bed. I also found a broken crack pipe on the floor next to the nightstand. Comforter was filthy.

Liked the price,but asked for smoking but got a non smoking room with burn holes in comforter, coffee pot was broken, very loud banging at 3 am. room was dirty.

The room I booked didn’t even exist. Before I could even step a foot in my room, the manager stopped me from going in, to ask if i wanted the room treated for pests! The room was filthy and almost everything was broken. Do not stay here unless you enjoy flushing your money down the toilet.

Room was horrible and staff was horrible never going back. Room had roaches, a big hole in the wall and the lamp shade was broken. The towels had hair on them the tub felt like the bottom was going to cave in and someone came into my room while I was gone even though I had the Do not disturb on the door and turnt the air off.
