Poor service for major Hotel

Hotel bus never picked up from Airport. Hotel had let my room out to another guest so had to wait 2 hours while they removed a staff member from a room cleaned it so that I could use it. Next day they shifted me to my booked room. Phones in rooms do not work and mobile Digicel top up service in Reception was out of credit! No paper in business lounge so could not print anything. Service in restaurant was poor - eventually had to go and find the waiter and told them I was not here to look at the view. Would not stay there again - they have lost the plot for a major hotel.
