Pros: Location
Cons: Old and outdated but clean
My husband forgot his phone charger and staff only agreed to return it when he provided his credit card. We have never been charged for this service before.

We found your comment about being charged a fee for retrieving a phone charger you own quite disconcerting. We will be investigating this matter to determine if there was basis for the service charge or not. If found to be unwarranted, a fee reversal will be in order. Worth the 50 x 3wespent. Greatbeds. Fridge.

Great beds. Staff can count and provide correct number of towels unlike red roof Inn by Chicago o'hare. Hard to cool the room down. And considering it was 12 degrees a couple of times this was a little weird.

Hotel has great location and it is very clean. It is pretty old, but for the price, very good.

We stayed three nights and the woman who worked in the evenings on the weekend was the best. Very helpful! The back door to the hotel hallway was never locked so that was not appropriate but the locks on the room door was secure. The bedding and towels were clean and the maid did great work! The breakfast each morning was adequate as well.

Pros: very nice
Cons: coffee in the room
Room was very clean and comfortable. It was very spacious. Nice location for us. We had family in Oregon and it was just a short drive.
