Felt very unsafe. Very run down hotel and room. Limited breakfast of just waffles and coffee. Rooms felt dirty and smelled unclean.

Room was clean and looked like it may have been recently renovated. TV and in-room mini fridge was in good working order. No unpleasant smells (i.e. cigarette smoke), no bugs, room was quiet. Check in was quick and efficient. Many restaurants and shopping mall nearby.

Nothing fancy, but not trashy. I stayed there for 5 days, if you are looking for a bed, tv, fridge coffee maker,hot shower, this will do the trick. Its not fancy but its not gross either. You can tell its been cleaned and maintained. Plus you can bring your pet for an extra 15 dollars which is nice because i needed a place for my dog.

Tried to cancel our room before the time when we no longer able to. It was nearly impossible to cancel online. So we called the front desk, the lady was very rude over the phone and told me to cancel online. I asked if we could cancel over the phone. She said she didn't know how to. She said she would try to figure it out. Then she said i got it its canceled and hung up. Turns out she never canceled our reservation, and we were still charged.

Great value, spacious rooms, excellent guest services & housekeeping professionals. Stayed in 4 different rooms at the hotel id guess apx 100 nights and never have had any concerns or issues whatsoever during any of my stays.

tenants running up and down the hallway. their kids were screaming in the hallway for over 4 hours. 2 mexican women had blankets, phones, food laying all over the hallway, no room to even walk, i left at 10 pm... for another econolodge. id like a refund for that night. ty
