I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good and the staff was great!

“Great Family Hotel”

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. Everything was updated and staff was very helpful. Our daughter loved the pool, which included a terrific area for the kids. The hotel was within walking distance to some very nice restaurants. The only issue we encountered was during the Sunday morning breakfast. The staff seemed to have a diificult time keeping up with amount of people they had eating breakfast. This was not a huge deal though and we would definitely recommend this hotel!

“A hotel made for us”

The moment we stepped into that hotel we knew that it was a place for us. Everything was so nice and fresh looking really up to date with the times even flat screen TVs wonderful beds. The decorations was like being at home. The pool was very cute, fun and lovely. we enjoyed checking in and checking out we had all our questions answered. It was a smoke free environment that was a plus and the breakfast buffet was very delicious. Overall we had a wonderful time and will stay there for now on. And we will recommend it to anyone who comes to Madison Wisconsin.

“Service Above and Beyond”

We stayed here for a much-hyped football game in Madison. This hotel was near another, much more expensive hotel where our extended family stayed. The Hampton Inn was nicer, cleaner, friendlier and better appointed than the other hotel. Hot and hearty complimentary breakfast. Attractive pool area. The best part was the service including a complimentary shuttle. The desk agents went above and beyond to help us find tickets to the football game. The only thing that was difficult about this hotel was the relative lack of pedestrian activities. There were some places within walking distance but sidewalks in the area were hard to find and it was difficult to find safe places to cross the streets.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We went to get ice and the machine was out on our floor - a maid that happened to go by took the ice bucket and said she would get us some and bring it to our room. Told us it would be a couple of hours before our floor had ice, but there was a machine one floor down. We really appreciated that, as we were short on time before we had to leave.

“Very comfortable hotel....”

The Hampton Inn was only 2 years old and in very nice condition. The staff were very friendly, the pool was clean and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. In fact, the woman in charge of the breakfast buffet couldn't have been nicer. She went out of her way to be sure folks had everything that they wanted for breakfast and did not rush anyone out, even though we arrived very close to the closing time. The beds were very comfortable with the "heavenly sheets". All and all, a very stressfree stay.
