I thought we would have to wait in line forever to check in with the spring break crowd. There were only two people at the desk but the line moved quickly! They were friendly and fast.

Very friendly staff, very comfortable beds, lots of space. The only downside was very loud parties on the patios, and lots of parties on Saturday so the pool was closed for an hour and then once it reopened the rest of the night it was shoulder to shoulder in the pool.

The water park was great for my young kids, but several features did not work. Had they been older, they probably would have noticed. Bathroom in room could have used a deep clean (ie grout). Cracks in walls in room. Overall a good stay on a budget.

The water slide was closed both nights after we came back from dinner. Friday night the pool closed 30 mins early on top of that. Front desk TJ was unprofessional when I asked why it was closed. He said the lifeguards aren’t under his management and asked what he wants me to do about it. The lifeguards-if there was an accident wouldn’t have even saw it. Friday night they sat next to each other and conversed the whole time. Saturday during the day was better but then at night when the slide was closed they had kids climbing a quarter of the way up and sliding down for 20 minutes towards the pool closing and not once did they notice. Hot tub was filled with kids and over the posted capacity all of the time.

Room was nice but lazily cleaned. Used cups in the closet, garbage on the floor. ‘Waterpark’ is an over statement and the entire kids pool was closed in addition to the main slide so really it was just an over crowded, dark pool. Very disappointed. Lobby is very loud, thankful we were on the fourth floor away from the noise.

Our family enjoys this hotel
We mainly stay at this hotel for the pool area. We travel with kids. Plenty of room in our suit. The rooms are sound proof and you can hear the people above but it doesn't bother us because we have kids and understand. The breakfast has a lot of options and is always delicious plus the staff is friendly.

Loudest hotel ever
The hotel was very clean and modern but those were the only positives. The mattresses were uncomfortable and the blankets were itchy and heavy. There was no respect to quiet hours and there was loud music blaring, people running up and down the halls, doors slamming and random people knocking on my door. Basically I paid to have a night of no-sleep.

Rooms were nice, beds comfy. Pool was nice for kids, but closed a little early. Restaurant attached to hotel had good food but wait staff messed up every single order. Don’t pay for the additional breakfast it comes with hotel stay.

Pleased, could use some improvement.
The woman checking us in and out was very pleasant. The line was a little long but she was the only one working at the front desk and was doing a great job with each customer. The overall cleanliness of the main areas was OK, it could’ve used a touch up. The pool area felt dirty. The elevators were kind of sketchy. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. There were a lot of children in the hotel this weekend and the noise from outside of the room was minimal. Overall I would stay here again.

Hotel clean/modern, pool VERY disappointing
While the hotel itself was clean and modern, the pool area was disappointing. We chose the resort mainly for its pool amenity, but the pool was over capacity, the hot tub was yellow and did not smell good, and the life guards were a joke. There were on avarage one lifeguard for the entire pool area and they did not do a good job of actually watching who and what was in the pool, which had a capacity of 75. Most of the time the lifeguards were gossiping with eachother rather then focusing on the safety of the pool area.

Was not very clean, bedspreads were still damp and one had a large black mark on it. Tile hallways and elevators were wet EVERYWHERE from people running around out of the pool area and there should have been absorbent no-slip matts. Pool area was hot to the point of being unbearable. Staff at night seemed very stressed and rude, one lady chased us outside loudly demanding we pay for an ice tea drink that we had purchased at Walgreens. We explained it was ours and pointed out they didn't even sell that brand and she just walked away, no apology. I also have yet to receive the refund of my 50$ deposit, although I'm sure our room is cleaned and they can see there's no damage.

Kids loved the pool! With that being said it wore them out and they slept longer than usual. Breakfast was amazing but we were rushing to get there before 9:30 am. Breakfast until 10 or 10:30 would be ideal but I understand the restaurant needs to get ready to open for lunch.
