“Good hotel”

Although it was kind of off the beaten path out of town, it was a nice place to stay. Had nice breakfast and friendly staff.

“A nice place to stay”

Everything was nice & clean. We did not use the pool area, but it did look okay. The breasfast the next morning was your typical hotel breakfast, but everything was fresh & good. A nice big area to seat many guest at one time.

“We stay once per month”

Pool seems a little older and when we stayed there were unruly, unattended kids in there. Rooms are nice, location is okay. We stay once a month .. love the breakfast ....

“Friendly staff and clean hotel!”

Very friendly at check in and check out. Clean room and nice hotel. Only hotel very close to the Casino (2 minute drive).

“A good experience”

The Magnuson Grand was an easy commute to and from the World Dairy Expo. It is not a brand new hotel but is clean and does the job. I would stay there again.

“Friendly service and very accomodating!”

Although the location is not near a whole lot, they were willing to shuttle us anywhere! Very friendly people and we loved the 24 hour pool.

“Fine”

My stay was fine. Nothing special, but no problems. It's an old Wingate property that has seen better days. Internal decor is in need of a refresh. They need to back off on that horrid air freshener! Staff were very helpful.

“Excellent customer service, all friendly”

All staff provided service with a smile. Had a few problems with room and the problems were solved quickly and with a smile. Aaron and all of the staff are excellent in providing customer service.

“happy customer”

The service was helpful and polite. There is a free shuttle to the casino. Ask the front desk and they will call for you. The room was clean, and the breakfast was good.

“Away from the hustle and bustle”

Quiet area, near interstate, friendly staff, clean, comfortable, nice breakfast. 24 hour adult access to pool, hot tub, fitness and business areas is a very nice feature. Would definitely stay again.

Area recommendations

Wisconsin Dells area is real nice and an easy drive. Also lots to see and do in Milwaukee.
