Filthy, smoke detector broken, no one ever in the office. Got locked out of the room and couldn't get back in for 3 hours because no one could be found and no one answered the phone.

Very rundown. Our room had suffered water damage. Ceiling, walls, and pictures were all stained. Bathroom ceiling was damaged also.

This property should be called Bare Bones Inn. I had to ask for towels and additional soap from the owner. He did not have facial tissues available and there were light bulbs missing from three of the lamps.

This was the most disgusting motel I have ever seen or stayed at. The sheets were stained, the TV didn’t work, the entire ceiling was water stained, the toilet didn’t work and the front desk employee stared out the window at me whenever I stepped outside of the place. The carpet was soooo disgustingly dirty.

Avoid this place.
No one was at the desk when I arrived and a sign was posted to call for service. I called the number and they refused to come down to the office. They gave no reason. I was not able to get my room.

Their water heater went out, but the tenant did not tell me until I paid for the room I am not staying there with no hot water. I said, you should’ve told me before I paid, and I asked for a refund.

There was nothing unique about this property. The presentation by the clerk was that me was bored with his job, the exterior was dirty and needed paint, there was no internet, no coffee or breakfast, the bathroom floor was moldy, furniture as dirty and in bad repair.

I arrived at the property at 11:30 pm and the office was closed. There was a note on the office door with a phone number to call for late arrivals. I called and received a recorded message that the person doesn’t have voicemail set up. I had to find another lodging. Very unprofessional and frustrating!

The complete place was a dump. More of a place to take hookers to smoke some crack. The cleanist part of the room was the toilet. Put towels in the bathtub to stand on for the shower. Would not recommend to anybody.

Not a penny has been invested in this place un 20 years. Permanent residents are all that is there. NOT A PLACE TO STAY FOR A NIGHT. Everything is in disrepair. Pool was full of moss. Sheets were stained. Terrible for the owners to neglect like this.

Room was filthy, smelled horrible, man that checked us in wreaked of liquor. Roaches. Linens were yellowed. The desk clerk told us if we needed to use wi-fi that we should go next door to Dominos and use there wi-fi. If it hadn't been so late and we weren't so tired I wouldn't of stayed there. This place should be shut down.. NEVER AGAIN......

Door broken never could get in my room manger had to let me in every time pool was closed couldn’t pass inspection fridge broke Ice machine broke I had no towels I asked for towels and washcloths for me and my grandson got 2 wash clothes 1 towel and a hand towel asked for more pillows cause the 2 there were awful said they had no more and most guest were living there like it was an apartment will never stay there again or recommend

Well where do I start first of all there was no one in the office to check me in had to wait second the staff was arguing with someone who apparently lived there next the trash was all over the place on the ground beer bottles laying all over the grounds my suggestion is keep on driving by.

Office was closed when I got there. When someone did show up to check me in, he was rude and cocky. Room had no towels or TP. AC didn't work. Smelled bad. Grass needed cut badly. Office never opened back up to check out. No answer on phone. Very crappy experience. Don't stay here!

Worst hotel visit ever!
I stayed here some years back and it was ok. Now this place is just a flop house. The room was old and disgusting had I not paid in advance I would have left right at check in. Shower tub was stained and unclean. Dirt on the walls toilet old and outdated. The bed was old and dirty and the linens had burn holes and the towels were cleaned but has seen better days. People coming and going all night and the people that were there live there. It was disgusting. When I was checking out saw the first roach. The people who rated this good must be friends of the owner because this place was bad.

The room was ok. The bathtub looked dirty. The mat in the bottom of the tub had dark ring around it and the tub and tub wall were not clean looking. Maybe stained from water but could have been cleaner. When I did go to take a shower there was no hot water. When we got back to our room we had sound on our TV but the picture wasblank with the Direct tv logo bouncing around. The morning was the same. We did not call the desk because it was late and we were going to bed and in the morning we just got dressed and left.
