Staybridge was under construction while we were there, so the pool was closed and there was dust. My review is not based on the construction. Rooms were not very homey and furnishings were on the older side. Our suite had a queen and 2 double beds that were not adequate for 2 people.

Beds were comfortable, breakfast good in a nice dining area. Rooms were clean but worn. They were doing renovations and we could not access the outside door. Very frustrating loading and unloading. The hotel is on a busy road and heard traffic sounds throughout the night. Not awful, but worse than many. Hotel halls were quiet and I appreciated that.

Great for families. Loved the separation between the bedroom and living room area. Nice and quiet even thought there were lots of sports teams staying there. Good breakfast too.

Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff. Clean room. Kids loved the 24/7 pool and hot tub. Great breakfast and coffee! Will stay again.

Front desk staff was very friendly, rooms were well stocked and quite roomy. Looking forward to the completed remodel. The pool area needs an update but has been cared for. The kitchen area was nice to have with our group. Overall the 2 bedroom situation was a great layout and satisfied our needs for our short stay.

Nice place overall. Pleasantly surprised to find our room had a full kitchen. Stove, full size refridge, sink, 12 cup coffee maker and good coffee. Great place if your staying multiple days, ir for a night to just get away. Breakfast was great!! Will derinately come back.

One of our rooms was a disaster. Phone not working. Hair dryer not working. Dishwasher loud and leaked all over the floor. Tub water dripping all night. We just got a bad room and no one suggested any kind of compensation for our terrible visit. Just will not stay here again

Great rooms and friendly staff.
The room has lots of storage, large deep dresser drawers, and the bathroom vanity had multiple drawers and large under sink storage. The beds were comfortable and the thermostat was easy to maintain a desired temperature. Breakfast was great, many items to choose from, including fresh fruit. They shut breakfast down immediately at 9:30am, lights and everything! The pool/hot tub/fitness center is open 24 hours which is very convenient. They were also fast to salt the sidewalks in the snowy weather. The hotel appears new, but the furniture was slightly worn in our room (fabric sofa). All staff we encountered were very nice and we had no issues. And free laundry machines!

Most staff was prompt when needing assistance. Keycards do not work at all entrance with cold weather result in inconvenience with entering/exiting premises.

Neither the soap dispenser nor the conditioner worked in the shower. The TV remote didn't work. The elevator didn't work. Breakfast did have a lot of variety, but that was the only saving grace.

When we spoke with expedia, the rate on the new room was HIGHER than the rate you were being charged. I will be more than happy to charge the rate for the new room if you'd like. It was a better deal for you by almost 60 to keep the rate at the original booking price.

We stayed here with our baby. We loved the layout and the mini kitchen. The pool was a bonus. But it has been poorly maintained. The elevator was out of service the whole week we were there and we were located on the 3rd floor. The carpet in the staircase is likely beyond a good wash and needs to be replaced. The carpets in the suites were also filthy. Cleaning up spills from our baby made the white towels dark grey. The whole hotel also has a musty smell. But they had happy hour a few days a week and when the maids came, they were generous with the linens. So as much as it was a perfect set up for us, it just lacks its potential in cleanliness. Its both good and bad. PS no crib or high chairs were available at this hotel.

The staff were friendly, the there were some issues with the hotel and our reservation. The elevated and hot tub were not in service, and we reserved a 1 Bedroom King, but when we arrived there were no King rooms available at all. We received a refund for the difference in cost for the room type, but if we’d known about these limitations in advance we’d likely have stayed someplace else. The desk staff was responsive and checked in frequently to see if there was anything more they could do. They deserve a lot of credit for doing all they could.

The staff and room size were great. But the kitchen wasn't wiped down very well, the kitchen trash was full, and the body wash was empty. Great facility and front desk staff but the room cleaning wasn't.

Paid for a king and got a queen. Our floor and room smelled really bad from someone’s cooking (no fault of the hotel, just happened). Cold water when showering in the morning. Not worth the money paid.

They don’t honor Hotels.com reservations
Showed up at 10pm to not have a room. Was yelled and swore at by the front desk. Was told when I said I’d like to speak to a manager by Front desk lady “I don’t need this *ickin* Job. All day long I have to deal with Bill****. Was told that they do not guarantee hotels.com clients rooms if they sell out. She said they forgot to call which could have called, texted, emailed. There was zero communication and I was just sent out in the the late evening hoping I could find a different room. The asst gm the next day said he’d follow right back up and now 2 days later still no call. I wish I could post a video I took of the incident. Overall by far the worst staybridge I’ve ever stayed at and you should avoid this place at all costs it’s extremely poorly ran from management all the way to staff.

1) Pungent and constant odor of marijuana at the front desk during check in, in the hallways, and in our room throughout the stay. 2) Woke up at 5am to cigarette smoke through venting in our bedroom. Called front desk. No follow up. 3) Pool closed after first day. Entire reason we booked the property. 4)Elevator felt dangerous and hadn’t been inspected since 2021.

One night stay
Our one night stay at Staybridge was perfect. After a full day of travel, having the reception was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. The in room coffee was tasty. The breakfast was definitely adequate. Only negative, a small thing, but the hotel is otherwise so very nice, the toilet paper wasn’t very good quality. All the staff was very friendly and responsive. I would stay at Staybridge again if the need arose.
