Do Not Stay Here

Posted Jul 2, 2014
Rude, Disregard at Check-in. Wifi didn't work. Room smelled of old cigarettes. Could not find my Patagonia Wool pullover we'd left on bed. Wouldn't address my loss due to busy Holiday with only one person at desk when I called.

Won't be back

Posted Jun 30, 2014
Pros: The price.
Cons: The entire motel could be bulldozed and replaced. It's old and tired.
Location: Madison beltline. Other than downtown, that's pretty much where you want to be if staying in Madison.

Graduation party stay

Posted May 19, 2014
Pros: The price.
Cons: The bedspreads are worn and could be updated.
Location: Location was perfect. It is close to restaurants, the mall and not to far from downtown.
For the price, the hotel is exactly what I thought it would be. The chair in our room was so comfortable I wanted to take it home. The room was very clean.

Pros: Looked like the rooms have recently been redone as the wall paper was very clean throughout. And they accommodated our request for a ground floor.
Cons: The supplier of the coffee packets! And perhaps more than 1 chair in the room, so no one has to sit on the bed!
Location: It's near about 10 or 12 other lodging facilities and a Perkins restaurant which was convenient.
It was okay but we were disappointed that the maid didn't bother to clean our coffee pot. Also when I tried to open the packages with the coffee packets, I tore the packets, too, and the grounds spilled all over.

Nice hotel & breakfast for the price

Posted May 6, 2014
Pros: cleanliness and breakfast
Cons: sound bearer in the back
Location: great location
If your just looking for a nice, clean hotel....this is the ticket. Great breakfast included with several choices including yummy make your own waffles. The only negative is, if you get a room in the back, it backs up to the highway. So if you're a light sleeper, not so good. Didn't bother me as I'm out like a rock. : )

Great hotel for the price

Posted May 2, 2014
I definitely recommend this hotel. The front desk clerk was very polite and informative. He also gave me a free upgrade so that my room was not as close to the highway. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and low noise level. The area was safe, with a 24/7 diner in case you're getting in late. All around, great hotel for the price. I will stay here again next time I'm in Madison.

Economy hotel. Under renovation right now

Posted Apr 27, 2014
Pros: Nothing especially stood out. It was close and economical.
Cons: As expected.
Location: N/A
All was fine. I was looking for an economical room for an overnight stopover near the interstate. That's what this was. The empty parking lot was a bit foreboding, but this was likely due to the timing and the renovations going on.

Convenient location for a great price

Posted Mar 31, 2014
This place was great for what we needed it for. We were just staying one night and needed to be close enough to events we would be attending. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The location was great, right off of 151. It's close by a lot of local restaurants and the staff are very knowledgeable about the area. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is dishonest.

Posted Mar 21, 2014
I booked this hotel as a last resort because I was having difficulties with my flight. I checked in an twenty minutes later I found an available flight leaving that day and called down to the front desk to tell them I wouldn't be needing the room and assured me that if I called expedia to cancle I wouldn't be charged. After calling expedia to cancle low and behold I was still charged for a room I didn't use. I think this is very dishonest and I feel like this hotel took advantage of me. They got their 70
