Last minute decision to stop & stay the night to break up our trip. Staff was patient, helpful & kind. Room was under construction for updates, but clean. Worked iut perfect for a couple hours of zzzz's.

The beds were comfortable the room was clean. They are remodeling so no carpet in hallways and loud. Cluttered but overall ok. Looking forward to staying when they finish and reevaluate

Less than happy
I stay here at least one time a week. It’s ok. This last week, my room was very disturbing. Fingernails on the carpet, empty Huck’s cup behind nightstand, blind had splatter on them, not sure what, but gross indeed. The fitted sheet was turned inside out, hopefully an overlook, and had been washed not just slept in and turned over. Seems that the rooms on the first floor are more dirty than on the second, who knows?? Oh yeah, the inside of the toilet had black mildew all the way around the bowl.

People were super friendly. Room was dirty and made me feel uncomfortable about the sanitary conditions. Breakfast was cold and biscuits were hard. Basically inedible. All the staff were very nice

The curtains were dusty and the area around the window and the carpet had mold. Someone was lighting up a cigarette every 30 minutes, likely just outside the door. The shower had good pressure and the breakfast was better than normal which was the saving grace.

The property was convenient to the highway, but not right on it , and near a gas station. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was a nice surprise, eggs and sausage as well as toast and oatmeal and good coffee.

Do not be fooled by pictures
For the amount of money paid and rewards I used for this stay, I was very disappointed with the condition of the room. The bed was old and very uncomfortable. The room was dirty with old moldy food and furniture all disheveled. The tub was broken and leaking. The staff were not at all friendly. Overall, the accommodations were far less than acceptable. The pictures of the rooms led me to believe that this would be a place I could truly relax. It was anything but that.

Reserved a large suite online and even called to confirm it and upon check in was told oh it appears it is the small suite so I didn’t get what I was promised. Then that same afternoon the Internet wouldn’t work inside the room and the desk agent said there isn’t anything I can do. Then I went to sleep due to being a travel nurse working midnights and the housekeeping was insanely loud and kept waking me up. Then my toilet stopped working and I was given the choice of moving rooms in the middle of the afternoon… I was told since I booked online I couldn’t receive any sort of refund of my money since I paid for a suite for a couple nights and ended up having to move to queen bed room. I will not be a return guest at this hotel! Between the many factors of paying for the best room available and being told basically we’re changing your confirmed reservation because they booked online, the internet issue and how the desk staff dealt with that, the plumbing issue, having to move rooms, and the housekeeping staff was extremely loud. The facility in itself was clean and updated but most definitely not worth the cost and unprofessional conduct of staff.

Patriot reunion
Really nice place to stay. Very clean. Furniture was a bit older, but that is not a complaint. Rooms were big enough with nice amenities. Pool looked great but we did not swim. I would stay here again in a minute. Very good value. Breakfast was good.
