Most of all, the check-in agent, María, was SO nice, even lifting the bags herself up the lobby stairs. Then she insisted on going out to bring us bread, and was always responsive by texts throughout our stay. So, the great apartment and location, plus María's care and attention, made for a super stay."

"Decent hotel. Great location - right off of the popular and touristy Gran Via street. The apartment had large floor to ceiling windows which were extremely good at soundproofing. However, due to the location in a very busy area of town, some sound still managed to come inside. This is a price you pay for the great location. Overall, a decent hotel at a great location."
