A good, few frills option for an overnight stay. I stayed in the hotel because it’s right beside the ALSA bus station and I had an early bus the next morning. There is a metro station nearby and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable bed and quiet. The hotel is used by a couple of airlines for crew.

Never again.
Terrible customer service. On our first day, shortly after check in we reported to the front desk that the air conditioning in our room did not work. They never fixed it during our the day stay, despite continued requests. It was so hot we could not sleep. Must disappointing was their insurance and lack of caring. Do not stay there.

Staff and facilities are great. Location: you need to take metro, taxi or other transport to get to the center of Madrid. However, it has a metro station on the corner of the building.

Uncomfortable and dirty
The air conditioner was not working and it was very hot on the day and for that reason I couldn't sleep. There were ants all over the room, bathroom included and I had to protect my belongings from them. I couldn't hold the window open because the holder was broken so it was very uncomfortable in the room.

Unfortunately we didn’t have any notice from you either at the time you were hosted with us neither at your check out. It is really important for us to offer a good service and that is why we need a feedback at the moment the incident occurs to be able to check it and offer a quick solution. After your stay we have had another client stay in this room and this client have not reported any of these problems or others. Anyway, we have thoroughly checked the room you were staying in and we have not found any trace of ants, as well the window and air conditioning were working properly. Great stay and Staff
I stayed for one night but really enjoyed this hotel. It’s so close to two main stations, spacious and clean rooms. And the staff really made the stay great, from start to finish they were sweet and professional. I forgot a bag in the fridge and when I came back the cleaning staff were diligent in tracking it down along with reception. Something small but dealt with very quick and efficiently. Also, they have a great little bar for evenings ☺️

Good first 2 days in Madrid - Nice!
Great stay for starting to see Madrid - close to airport and away from the hustle and bustle of Centro and Sol Madrid - it is accessible by the Metro (pick the T10 tickets from the Metro and reuse it). Staff are very friendly and helpful. The nearby cafes/restaurants and the supermarket are the extra comforts of this place. Fernando from the front desk was great!

Good stay in Madrid
Great stay, central location (for my work), close to Metro and very reasonably priced. My bed linen was new but there was a long strand of black hair on the bed which did put me off a little bit. A/C - not sure if it was working properly as put it to 18’o C and still not cool enough on full blast fan. Overall good experience, good friendly staff and decent Continental brekkie.

The local area was ok, Volapie was a lovely tapas place just across the road. Not much else around, very close to Real Madrid Stadium (1.5 miles walk). Metro station literally outside. Safe area but you would need to go on the Metro to see anything. Staff were so friendly and helpful despite us being there on a very busy weekend.

A really nice hotel staff very friendly room of a good standard bed comfy would stay here again when in Madrid a little out of the city but great metro connections to get around easy

The staff tried to charge me an extra 15 Euros for the double bed I requested. When I withdrew the request for a double bed they said they managed to find me one at no extra charge! Am I right to be suspicious?

Business Trip and Pleased!
They were very acomidating, especially since I added a friend to the reservation and she was staying an additional night before I got there. We were able to keep the same room so she didn’t have to move. The bar downstairs was fantastic! The only complaint is the area is pretty boring, not lacking in good food, but not really the historic Madrid any tourists would want. I was here on business though so I didn’t mind. Anything you could want was a short metro ride away!
