“Best localization, good price”

Is not a hotel, is a apartment in the heart of Madrid. Great's places near. Restaurants, museums, parks, Sao Miguel Public Market, subway, touristic bus station. We toke a apartment with private bathroom. Take carefull to choose the correct type. The employees are attentives and give all touristics informations. Very nice!!!

“Clean, Simple, and Great Location”

If you are an experienced budget traveler and understand that location is everything, this is the perfect place for you. It is essentially a private dorm room similar to what you would get in a hostel (but it is not a hostel, only these private dorm rooms). The individual rooms are small, but have a comfortable bed, and are clean. The bathrooms are shared with about 4-6 other rooms, and there is a small fridge in the common area. Overall, it is safe, clean, has great air conditioning, and located in the exact center of Madrid, steps from Puerta del Sol.

Very good location and the apartments are well maintained. Service to the rooms need to be asked for each day.

“Don,t believe everything you see...Disappointed!”

When I searched for this hotel it stated it had a restaurant on site and room service, the person who checked us in said I don´t know who told you that because it is not true. We also booked a room with two double beds and we found two twin beds and a very uncomfortable futon. If you are a family of more than two people you have to wait between showers because you run out of hot water. You have no phone in the room and also you need a set of three keys (entrance, another glass door of an interior patio and room). The pretended front desk or office is on a dark and dirty building where they give you the keys and then you have to walk two blocks with your luggage to get to the apartments. The place is clean and well located but not at all what we saw on the web site or what we expected.
