Wonderful staff - so and so facilitiesPosted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: The staff and the location are really good
I stayed at this hotel for three nights. The hotel staff is exceedingly professional and polite, but the hotel is not a four start hotel. I had to change room as the air conditioning wasn't working (it was 30 C outside) and I also had problems with the TV. The rooms were very clean, but some of the towels were old and kind of coming apart. The breakfast buffet is reasonable although not exciting.

Very cool modern hotelPosted Jun 2, 2014
Pros: The location. Away from the main tourist area yet within minutes from the metro. Could be in the city centre within 20 minutes from leaving hotel.
Cons: On arrival nobody asked about helping with bags and we were given a room in new part of hotel a good 3 minute walk away.
Location: There is not much to do or visit around the hotel maybe a few restaurants and a wee shop located close by for necesseties , but metro is very close.
Very nice modern hotel, situated only about a 3 minute walk from the nearest metro. Situated in a mainly residential area the place is nice and quiet, and seemed very safe to be walk home at all hours from our experience. The hotel room we had was in the new part situated at the back of the hotel away from the main street which I would recommend as there was no noise at all. The rooms were very spacious as was the restroom, with a nice big shower and comfortable enough beds.

Quite hotel with modern facilitiesPosted May 26, 2014
I booked a junior suite but the staff gave me a standard room. We had to transfer all our 5 luggages to the other building (from Europa to America). The junior suite is a big room ideal for a family of 3 or 4. The hotel does not gave coffee making facility. The breakfast was priced reasonably.

Perfect for what we wanted.Posted May 24, 2014
Pros: Quiet and away from city centre bustle. Staff always willing to help. Neighbourhood felt safe at night unlike Barcelona.
Cons: Nothing springs to mind.
Location: Lots of Cafes' and bars in neighbourhood. Not city centre so you need to travel but Retiro park is beautiful. Walk and you'll discover the city!
Top quality hotel with excellent, friendly staff. Very close to Metro station. Fantastic to walk through Retiro park into city. Walk around the surrounding neighbourhood and you'll find lots of cafes and bars to eat breakfast. For a great evening meal try Mase on Calle Ibiza 10 minutes walk away. Loved our stay and would stay again.

Lovely hotel slightly out of townPosted May 17, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel staff were extremely accommodating throughout our stay. On a few occasions we ordered food and drink and had to wait a fair while but this isnt really out of keeping with madrid on the whole. It's a bit of a distance out of the town centre but very good as a base for business or a family not minding the odd trip on the metro or in a taxi. It costs about 8-10 euros in a taxi to Sol in the centre.

Great locationPosted Apr 30, 2014 on Hotels.com
Enjoyed my stay. Very convenient 50 metres from Sainz Barranda metro, 40 mins from Barajas Terminal 4. Retiro Park 10 min walk. Although travelling alone, when I booked I was quoted for single occupancy of a double room. However, I had just a single room and it was a little cramped. A bath would have been a bonus too although the shower was excellent. Didnt eat in the hotel except for breakfast in the cafeteria once. Unfortunately this didnt open until 8 am. Overall a pleasant stay and I would use again.
