great hotel for anyonePosted Jan 18, 2013
Cons: inconsistent water temperature.
Location: Awesome location, the areas are a little rundown but the hotel is in great conditions.
The hotel is a little expensive, but it is worth the price since it's so close to Madrid's Gran Via. They also take care of your luggage if you have to leave the city, the staff is very nice and works to accommodate you. I have stayed here multiple times and it's my hotel to go. The only issue I rated the comfort of my room "4" was because the water temperature was a little inconsistent while showering (but it's sometimes expected to be like that).

Great locationPosted Oct 3, 2012
Pros: Staff were very friendly even though most of them did not speak English.
Cons: Old stained carpet and not so clean curtains.
Location: Perfect location to walk every where.
The staff were very kind and helpful and the location is perfect for going on Julia's Tours and shopping and restaurants. Hotel itself is clean but the rooms were in need of new carpetings and curtains. Overall I would recommend it to everyone.

Good ValuePosted Oct 18, 2011
Great value for the price, and well located for my early morning start the next day. A short walk to the cwentre of Madrid, but not in the middle of the cafe set.
