Front desk staff was very helpful. Only real negative was that outsiders had a very difficult time calling into the hotel.

Great Hotel, but not close to anything

Hotel was wonderful...it even has heated floors in the bathroom, which I'd never seen before! So, it's definitely 5-star. Only negative is that the hotel is pretty far from the city center, and there didn't appear to be any services within walking distance...with the exception of the University Hospital which is very close.

Great Hotel, closest to Telefonica in Distrito C which is not centric, but close to metro or 10-12 taxi Euros to city center

Cons: Room View
Location: Quite far from downtown but it's ok
I'm staying on this hotel since three years every time I'm travel to Madrid and it's EXCELLENT!!
