Bad experience

Stayed overnight for early morning international flight. Arrived to find that first shuttle too late to connect with my flight. Had to arrange for taxi, who charged 20 Euro for 5 min trip to terminal. No free wifi in room, charge was 20 Euros...so had to use terminal at front desk to do online checkin. Had something to eat...food was terrible. They did replace my food with something else, marginally better. Went to sleep early but large noisy party went on all night...still going when I left for airport....got very little sleep. Was sick for days on my return home, might have been airline food. On positive side, room was nice and staff very pleasant. Would recommend this hotel as long as you don't want to sleep, eat or catch an early morning plane. Very disappointing experience for a Hilton

Close to the airport

Pros: Open fireplaces in the lobby.
Location: The metro station to go into the city center is within walking distance.
The only problem was the shuttle came after a wait of more than 55 minutes when it is supposed to come every 20/30 minutes. Upon calling the hotel (had to pay for an international call from my cell), I was told that the driver was stuck in traffic. I did not see any traffic on the way to the hotel once the shuttle arrived after almost an hour. It was Sunday at about 11 am so the excuse of the traffic seemed lame. Also, all the three computers in the business center did not have the internet working that night.

Pros: Clean, nice rooms, great staff
Cons: I had a non smoking room but my room smelled like a smoking room. WiFi should be free.
Location: The location is not the best, metro (subway) is not close and taxi is around 30 euros one way to downtown. Include the shuttle with your reservation.
The hotel is new, modern, nice rooms, and great staff (shuttle runs every 20 minutes). The hotel's location is not the best one if you are planning to visit touristic areas (a taxi to downtown is around 30 euros one way). It is a good option if you are planning to spend the night while you wait for your next morning flight. Breakfast buffet is around 28 euros and WiFi Internet is not free.

Magnificent Hotel in the Middle of Nowhere !

Pros: Great room; comfortable bed and attractive concierge lounge.
Cons: There was a conference in progress when we arrived - filling the check-in area and spilling outside for a smoke. Very off-putting for a new arrival.
Location: Airport Hotel - but quite close to the splendour of downtown Madrid
Hilton Honors member for 30 years but this was 'the best' Hilton I have stayed in. Convenient both to downtown and the Airport. Room was excellent and service distinctly superior. Cannot wait to go back next year.

Great hotel for business close to airport.

Cons: Food could be better value for money.
Location: Free shuttle to airport and to city centre
This is a lovely hotel. Typically for a Hilton, the food was expensive but good. I had several business meetings in the lobby area and mad full use of the free WiFi. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Close to airport, free shuttle

Pros: Quiet, good food, professional, courteous room service
Location: Madrid, tours, buy ham
Stayed one night waiting for flight. Ordered room service. Had a late checkout and had hotel hold baggage after checkout while we toured and waited for a midnight flight. Front desk staff very good.

Pros: 新しい、快適、素晴らしい。
スペインでヒルトンに時々利用しますが、特に快適と思います、taxiのドライバーも このホテルは素晴らしいと、途中で言つてましたが、そのとおりでした。

Good airport hotel Madrid

Pros: Convenience to airport, comfortable bed.
Cons: Bathroom lighting was hard to figure out.
Location: Close to airport, not to sightseeing attractions.
We wanted to stay close to the airport to catch an international flight the next day, and the Hilton was perfect for that. The staff were helpful. On check in we found ashes or something in the bathtub, so they quickly responded and moved us to another room. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet, unlike many hotels we stayed in Spain. The walls and door to the bathroom are opaque glass, so turning on the bathroom light shines in the bedroom, and less privacy. Overall a satisfactory stay if you need to be close to the airport. The free shuttle picked us up at the airport and dropped us off the next day, very convenient.
