Nice and clean, beds are really confortable, I slept like a baby. Breakfast was really good, I am very happy with our choice.

When after room service in the morning, they did not change or at least wash the cup in the room, called front desk and she said come downstairs and i gave you new. Ok I went and she wanted to wait after 20 peple for check in. Bullshet.

Not very well upkeep
The tub was dirty had rust all around. I didn’t add one of my daughters by mistake which yes I get it my mistake but they made us pay €140 more just to allow her to stay with us a 1 year old had to pay an additional 140 we didn’t have any other place to go so we just had to pay it we all fit in the one room we had reserved but with this new add they made us get an additional room. The floors had stains and didn’t feel clean our socks were dirty from walking around. The sheets and blankets had holes. Over all will probably not go back to this hotel if we go back to Madrid.

The stay was perfect----new, quiet rooms. Amazing breakfast, easy and free parking. It was a great value and I'd recommend it for all travelers.

We stayed at this property when driving down through Spain and thought it was the perfect "stop off" hotel for one night, so we booked it again when we were returning back up through Spain. Great location opposite an outlet shopping centre with lots of restaurants. Breakfast was good and included. The only downside was that the Wifi was not working that well.

Overall happy with my 1 night stay!
Good value hotel adjacent to a huge shopping mall where there are 21 eating establishments. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Free WiFi was welcome, although not quite good enough for streaming without regular buffering. Skipped free breakfast as dining area was small and the demand was big, with lots of families having to queue.

Good value for money, clean and good breakfast
Easy to check in, friendly staff, good continental breakfast selection, late check out, room very clean, shower powerful, air conditioning in the room was very good on the first night but for some reason not as cold on the second. The only complaint is the sound deadening isn’t the best and the rooms next to mine and across the hall had noisy families with kids running up and down the halls screaming at 7am and TV on loud till after midnight.

This is a great place for families. The facilities are clean and well cared for. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. It is convenient to have the mall just next door, however, for anything else, you'd probably want a vehicle. We will stay there again!
