Language barrier. Front desk staffs found it difficult communicating in English. About 15 mins to walk to the train station. But staff were kind to us.

Close to the cercanías train stop that takes you to Madrid proper within 10-15 mins. The staff was super helpful and nice and our room was clean as was the lobby and eating areas.

Overall the experience of the hotel was amazing the staff and facilities were very good. Some inconveniences word that the train is about 20 minute walk, and that an uber to the main city of Madrid is about 30 minute drive. The pros are the price is very economic and the breakfast that wasincluded was very good as well

Staff at front desk was indifferent. Room was OK, breakfast was good. The hotel is in the middle on nowhere, an industrial area. It's 15-20 minute walk to the train station. If you have a car then it's 5 minute drive and free parking. Train into center of Madrid is fast and inexpensive.

Great staff and hotel
We went for a weekend break as a surprise for our daughters 16th birthday. The hotel was lovely. The staff were very polite and if we would definitely stay there again.

Small rooms
The rooms are so small that you can't move much when you suitcases are there. The room and bathroom are clean . The only thing is the tv channels have 2 english channels. 1 doesn't work and the other one give a static image. Just to stay for 1 night i think it is fine but for more days you should find something with more space for a family of 4

The hotel was clean and staff friendly. My only problem was location. Too far away from the city and this a business location. Almost no public transportation.

Location is not convenient to anything. I thought I was going to be in Madrid but really was just in an industrial area with nothing nearby. Even an Uber to the mall was a painful experience. Also, because we weren't in Madrid, finding English speaking people was much more difficult. The hotel and staff were very pleasant and clean. The location of the hotel is my only complaint. When I inquired about the shuttle to the airport the front desk said they had no idea what I was talking about. Uber to the airport was about €60.The Expedia and and said shuttle was available.

Good out of town hotel.
It’s a good hotel situated out of town about half an hour from Madrid. We had to park in the road because we couldn’t find a carpark - but we arrived late and maybe should have looked harder! Breakfast was good and the room was as expected. We drove into Madrid easily and have a great weekend!

Rooms are small but impeccably clean, the staff were superb throughout our stay. Breakfast was very good, the only negative was the fact that there is very little around the hotel in terms of facilities. A car is pretty much a must.

Before my flight to NY I looked a classical American-style hotel relatively close to the airport. This holiday fits my expectations. The only surprise was no lighted hotel name and it took me extra 10 minutes to find it at late night.

Simple, for a very short stay
It was difficult to find the hotel at night. No proper signs and no lights in building. Very difficult to spot it from street and driving. Room was ok. But bed was too hard. Breakfast is fine. Would not take it for more than a night while travelling...

Fantastic hotel and staff, but a little far
We were in Madrid for 3 days for vacation. Guillermo and the entire front desk staff were extremely helpful. Our room preferences did not come through correctly, and my wife and I were given a room with two small separate beds. They happily switched us to a room with a larger bed. The hotel is extremely clean, and they offer breakfast and dinners most nights. It is in a quiet area which is great for sleeping, but not necessarily convenient if you do not have a rental car. The location is outside of the area of Madrid that is serviced by metros and buses, and it is about a 15 minute walk to the nearest train station. The c5 train does run to Atocha station which has connections to pretty much everything else in Madrid and Spain for that matter

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. There isn't a whole lot of things around the hotel. The train station is a 10 minute walk. We had some pretty heavy luggage that made the walk difficult. There is a mall across the highway with some fast-food restaurants but not much more than that. As a whole, we enjoyed our stay, especially for the price. However, I may try a different place next time just to broaden my own horizons.
