Middle of nowherePosted Jul 1, 2014
This hotel advertises it is close to airport with complimentary transportation. Hotel is nowhere close to airport and I think my prior stay in old downtown Madrid was closer to airport than this hotel. Complimentary transportation needs to be arranged days in advance and was not available for return to airport adding another 37 euro taxi cost to stay. Restaurant is only open odd hours and is way overpriced (at least 2 or 3 times what you would pay in tourist areas). Hotel is in the middle of nowhere so not even worth going out and taking a walk to explore. In short, I would not recommend this hotel unless you have a business need to get people together in one place and restrict them to hotel for meetings. I would have much rather spent a few extra dollars and stayed in old Madrid one extra night before departing Europe.

Hotel was good and perfect location for nearby mobile operator visit. Good wifi and friendly helpful staff. Not the liveliest of districts but several restaurants within walking distance.
