Very nice Madrid hotel with all the amenitiesPosted Sep 5, 2013
Pros: The staff were professional and yet very accommodating. The hotel is bright, clean and modern. I'd stay again!
Cons: Tour groups with teens who run the halls at night! But the hotel staff dealt with them, and gave us a new room on a quiet floor away from the kids!
My husband, 12 year old daughter and I all enjoyed the hotel for our three night stay in Madrid. The room was comfortable, the beds firm, the restaurant served an extensive and delicious breakfast buffet, the bar served tapas and drinks until late, and the rooftop pool was refreshing - including a stunning view of Madrid as the sun set. The hotel staff are very professional but also warm and welcoming. We were reasonably near a bus ( that took us to the heart of the museum district (the #27) and the Metro Business travelers, single travelers, families and tour groups are all treated well here. We would definitely return during our next time in Madrid.

Friendly hotelPosted Aug 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
Staff on reception were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was immaculate and our rooms were always cleaned very well. There were no hidden costs! It was a great location for the Bernabeu stadium and there is a huge shopping centre nearby if you want to shop. Buses and Metro links are fantastic and very close. It's really easy to get into the centre of Madrid. It could do with a few more affordable cafes nearby but this did not effect our enjoyment.

Great LocationPosted Aug 22, 2013
If you are a Real Madrid fan, right across from stadium. My son loved visiting the store often. Near metro if you want to go downtown. We rented a car and took the Castellana all the way into the center. Airport only 15 minutes away. Perfect for a morning flight. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Best we've ever had. We didn't realize we had to pay for parking but the reduced 20 euro rate was fine given the city location. Entrance to parking lot a bit confusing, use Avenida de General Perron rather than hotel address on GPS. Pool too small for my huge teenagers, but we didn't really have time anyways. Take a day trip to Toledo. We drove, less than an our away. Worth the trip. Good hotel for price especially with the buffet.

Cons: size of rooms
Location: bernabeu stadium, this hotel is close to everything , we took taxi for every place
the madrid hotel was better than the barcelona, less expensive and better service , we were glad to be close to the soccer stadium

Strategically locatedPosted Jul 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
The staff went out of their way to serve us! Rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel restaurant was good, with enough choices and food well prepared. The hotel is located within walking distance from the subway and bus stops and 15 minutes from all major historical sites.

GOOD HOTEL BUT LITTLE BIT FARPosted Jun 28, 2013
Pros: cleanness ,
Location: the only attractive place (in my opinion) near to this hotel was the Real Madrid stadium
We spent 3 nights at this hotel , but the hotel in mainly for business people because its location . the metro was near but still not too close to the important places in Madrid pool was not working, and we had up to 35° centigrade, this hotel is not really for a family on vacations

Great hotel for Bernabeu stadium and city centrePosted Jun 5, 2013
Pros: Good location and comfortable clean rooms
Cons: charged for Wi-Fi and rooftop pool did not open until mid June
Location: location was excellent for Bernabeu stadium, for Metro to and from Airport, and for bus into Centre of Madrid
Excellent location for Bernabeu Stadium. Plenty of places to eat out near hotel with most staff speaking English and most with English language menus. Also several supermarkets and banks nearby. If you have a Santander bank account you can lift money commission free from Santander cash machines, cash machines in English - select Euros rather than GBP when lifting cash. Surrounding area felt safe and secure at all times. Travelled by Metro from Airport and changed at Neuvos Ministerios station to travel one stop to Santiago Bernabeu, however it would be less hassle just to get off at Neuvos Ministerios and walk to hotel. Bus stop near hotel takes you right into centre of Madrid, we got bus number 150 which cost 1.50 euros and only takes about 10-15 min, frequent service and bus gives change. Disappointed that rooftop pool was not open and does not open until 15th June, not sure when it closes for Autumn. Room was good and comfortable. TV had BBC 1 and 2 and channel 5 plus channels from other countries including US. No docking station for I-pod/phone etc, just a TV. We stayed in a standard room which was a typical hotel room and was comfortable and clean. Had hairdryer but no iron. Stayed in a family room with my wife and 14 and 12 year old sons and room was set up with 2 double beds. Disappointing hotel charges for Wi-Fi however free Wi-Fi available at locations nearby including stadium. Really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay here again if going back to Madrid.
