“Shockingly rude”

Staff was shockingly rude at check-in. They don't speak a single word of English and don't even try to communicate with you unless you use Spanish. My Spanish is not very good so the woman would curse me in Spanish every time I had trouble understanding her. Worse, when I would make a mistake in Spanish she would make fun of my Spanish. The hotel itself is loud and a bit dirty but location is good. Avoid this hotel at all costs!
