The place is a condominium in a second floor and it is more like a guest house than a hostel, clearly managed by the owners who live in the same floor some doors away from the rented rooms, however, that is not a bad thing, not at all. The place is clean, close of many tourist attractions, places for eating, for buying food and specially close of the subway which is just a few meters from the condo. For an independent entrance and exit, you receive three different keys for crossing the three doors that separate you from the street.
The hostel is inexpensive and you will receive what you pay, in our case, a small room with two twin beds placed together to form a queen size bed at the European style. A big closet, one table, one chair, a small TV without cable but with access to many local channels that help to put you in the Spanish mood. A clean bathroom with bidet (weird to use but better than toilet paper LOL), shower, small tub and a dryer. Our room had a balcony with a wide view of the street and a small heater that was hottest than we thought considering the size.
