Rude, disrespectful, ignorant staff. We were given a room with a shower that was fixed too low, the water was flooding the bathroom and the corridor. We were promised a fix but eventually no care was given and nobody came to see it. Definitelly, not a **** hotel. The decor was quite poor, facilities too; the kettle provided but no tea or coffee, very poor choice of toiletries, only one set given for 2 people. It felt as if the room was not ready for us or under some kind of reconstruction. Not clean to scratch, very basic. The front of the hotel quite industrial but there are nice places at the back in the residential area. Mainly operated via Uber, close to Alcobendas and shoppng centre. Defo not worth the money, won't be going back. Felt ignored and unwelcomed. Avoid if you can.

Habitación muy pequeña, las camas muy incómodas y pequeñas,toda la noche recolocándola para no caer en el hueco, hay que dormir con poco movimiento. Camas no apta para una persona con 1,70cm mínimo de alto.

Can’t fault the staff as very helpful with ideas of where to go and see plus the metro stations to take and location was great for getting to the livelier parts BUT the beds were hard, pillows incredibly thin, rooms in no way sound proof as stated which was the worse part. Service - can’t fault Hotel- needs some love and also the website info updated.

The staff was friendly and helpful I made a mistake with my booking and they assisted adding another night without issues. The room was comfortable, however the batheoom was leaking water and we were unable to take a shawer or bath as the water was super hot we couldnt find the cold water, the room was cleaned the first night and they took the used towels without replacing them, there is a big convenience store and a supermarket like two minutes walk away, the parking is comfortable and easy to access.

I chose this property for its proximity to the airport, as well as for the cover-image on Expedia's site: a rooftop bar with a beautiful view of Madrid. However, the Rooftop bar appears to be defunct (a couple broken tables and chairs remained). While you can find places to eat and drink around the hotel, it's a bit hard to find from the area where the hotel is (a busy road). And, while the hotel comes up in searches for proximity to the airport, my cab ride on a low-traffic Sunday morning was 10 Euro more than a cab from the airport to Central Madrid. If anything, Expedia should remove the cover image for the hotel (the rooftop bar).

It doesn’t have room service and the café was out of food at 5 pm - they close at 8:30. They order the wrong transfer Service and then told me it was my fault thank god I had an email to confirm their mistake.

Great hotel, super confortable and clean. I've stayed twice already and have encounter the same issue, their shuttle service is horrible. Eventhough we schedule it they always got there with 40+ minutes delayed. I rather not count on it.

Great Hotel shame the Bar closes so early was with a Local customer and they just switched the lights off at 10.50, also the courtesy bus was not available.

The location was close to subways and bus stops. The room was very nice and quiet. The staff was excellent and I loved their shuttle service. The breakfast can have some improvement, though.

The only thing we didn’t like is that there is no shuttle service to the airport. Expedia advertising this hotel as having Free Airport Transportation but hotel only picks you up FROM airport. We had to hire a taxi on our way back TO the airport which completely defeated the purpose of booking this hotel.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! And the hotel felt spacious and relaxed. It is a little further out, but it is easy to get to and from the city, as well as there being quite a few nice places within walking distance.

Lovely stay
Lovely clean hotel, easy access to the centre via metro and some lovely local restaurants nearby. Close to airport and free shuttle from hotel. Room was spacious and very clean. Beds were very hard and took a bit of getting used to but after walking around Madrid all day it didn’t matter too much. Breakfast basic but more than enough. Would stay again.

The hotel bath water is bad, the first day without cold water, after the repair done, the bathing has continued to be awsome due to water pressure. the dinning service is bad also
