Centralt beliggende hotel med godt poolområdePosted May 23, 2015

Posted May 18, 2015
Cons: Kant inte komma på något.
Location: Shoppa, äta gott. Vandra runt och titta på vackra hus.
Fin utomhuspool med solsängar. Toppen. Gångavstånd till det mesta.

Fint hotell med sentral beligggenhetPosted May 18, 2015

Sehr zentral gelegenes HotelPosted May 14, 2015
Pros: Die Lage
Cons: Das Hotel braucht eine gründliche Renovierung
Location: Sehr zentral

Prima hotel mooi centraal gelegenPosted May 14, 2015
Echt aanrader!

Nice hotel in the heart of Madrid.Posted May 8, 2015
Cons: WiFi in the rooms
Family of five, three kids: 15,12 and 8. The hotel is just across the street from a subway station. There are several restaurants, coffee shops, one of the stops for the Tour Bus, a couple of blocks away from the Corte Ingles (Spain's biggest retail store) and . It is a nice hotel in the center of Madrid, some rooms already renovated and others in the process. Nice staff. Good breakfast buffet but a bit pricey.

Great location but poor hotel experiencePosted Apr 28, 2015
Cons: Staff service levels, ironing facility within room.
Location: Lots of shopping, night life, pubs, restaurants etc all nearby and within walking distance.
The hotel is in a perfect location, close by to all thats happening in Madrid (Shops, nightlife, attractions). However for a 4* hotel this was a very disappointing experience in comparison to many other 4* hotels i have stayed in across europe. The hotel staff are not always the most helpful (on the Saturday night we asked if the staff could arrange a taxi for us to which they said they couldn't and we would have to go outside and flag one down ourselves on the streets, by comparison the Sunday night staff were very helpful in arranging a taxi for us). What was most disappointing was that none of the 4 rooms we had booked for our party had an iron! When speaking to reception they told us that they do not have irons in the hotel and that if we wanted to iron our clothes we would have to give it to housekeeping who would charge us for the service. I have never been to a 4* hotel which does not have an iron available in rooms to guests, this was extremely disappointing and extremely strange that a hotel of this calibre would not have ironing facilities. In the end we had to go to the nearby shops and purchase an Iron to use. So, if you like your shirt or trousers from your suitcase to be ironed before going out then don't stay here unless you want to pay the extortionate rates for housekeeping to iron for you. Definitely not good enough to be classified as a 4* hotel.
