Great hotelPosted Sep 24, 2012
Pros: Close to Football Stadium
Cons: No view from room
Location: Ideal close to metro station
Great hotel close tomthe football stadium and close to public transport. Helpful staff and cofetable room for the price. Bathroom was ok but shower didn't work great but was ok just for a wash. Wifi free in hotel and we got great signal. Would use again

Not impressedPosted Nov 30, 2011
The telephone in my room didn't work. The carpet had a big patch near the bed. The room smelt of cigarettes and when I took the plug from my kettle out of the socket, it started to come aeway from the wall. Other than that, it was clean.

Unsatisfied in MadridPosted Apr 6, 2006
We Stayed four nights at this hotel and were not satisfied with our experience here. The front desk staff were decent enough, but the room itself left much to be desired. The bathroom was small and not well configured, even by cramped European standards. The rooms trash can wasn't emptied daily. It seemed as though the bed sheets were not being changed, but simply "tightened up" a bit. The room's walls were quite thin, and we could hear the elevators. Madrid was a fun city, but we didn't enjoy the lodging at this place very much.

Great location and very cleanPosted Feb 13, 2006
The hotel had a fantastic location, 5 to 10 minutes walk from closest Metro station and from Bernabeu Stadium. Lots of restaurants nearby including Don Feng Chinese Restaurant which we would highly recommend.Clothes shops and some cheap supermarkets nearby also. The hotel was also very clean and in good condition. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The price is 2 star, the Hotel is 2.5 starsPosted Jan 18, 2006
I will grade this hotel as a 2.5 - 3 star hotel, definitely not a 4 star, but i never expected to get a 4star hotel at the price i payed, My daughter and i stayed 4 nights. The rooms are very clean, they clean your room from top to bottom every day. Beds are allright, the staff are very nice, the cleaning lady was smiling and humming every day, it really looked like she took pride in her job, there is a nice lobby/lounge and a breakfast restaurant, and the rooms have minibars with fair prices. The Hotel is located in a residential area with local restaurants and only 2 blocks from Santiago bernabeu (Real Madrid) and the business area. Sombody made a mistake when they awarded this hotel 4stars. However i will probably stay her again when i go to see Real Madrid the next time. i am impreesed with the cleanliness of the room and hotel, and that is very important to me.
