“Enjoyed with time spent”

“Staff is a bunch of A holes!!!”
The hotel is nice. The manger 1st told us that a cab ride would cost us 7euro but it cost 37. When we got back and told him . He told us oh that happens to people from usa. He was the one who called the cab and talked to the driver! Then they never cleaned our room the 3 nights we were there. The same awesome guy we asked for a wake up call at 7 and 8 we got that at 10 we missed our flight bc of these people. its in a home part of town good for business but there is another one what is close to everything. staff sucked big time
“Met all of our needs”
We were looking to be close to a certain location and this hotel met our location needs. And then it turned out to be even nicer than we expected! I'm not sure if I would have stayed there if I wanted a location in the center of Madrid.

Nicely appointed hotel with very helpful, accommodating staff. No neighborhood ambiance to speak of, but close to the airport, the (northern) train station, and just a 15 euro cab to downtown Madrid.

I really like this hotel. It is brand new, the staff is very experienced and friendly. We had some issues that were resolved no questions asked. If I ever come back to visit Madrid, that's the place I will stay in.

“Nice Decor... but really far from the metro”
Everything in the hotel is really nice, good service as well. but the location is not really good as the metro is far away from the hotel, most of the time we just call the taxi
“Nice hotel if you don't mind the walk”
The walk to the metro gets a little annoying but the price makes up for that. The hotel itself is really nice, and the rooms spacious and comfortable.
