Well located

This is a perfectly OK hotel but has the feel of a chain. Rooms are a little tired (carpets deep red to hide the gunk) and lobby zero atmosphere. Breakfast good and staff helpful and ! guess for £100 a night good value

Great Location

Posted Jan 23, 2014
Pros: The location and staff were great.
Cons: The rooms were small and could use a little updating.
This hotel was centrally located…we were able to walk everywhere (restaurants, shopping, and tourists attractions). The hotel staff was multilingual, very friendly, and always available to help.

Rude Staff, No Understanding of Customer Service

Posted Jan 2, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: Customer Service Training for Staff
Two indivuals at the hotel staff should not be in hospitality business, no concept of customer service.

Very nice location, lots of Spanish charm

Posted Dec 28, 2013
Pros: I love the balcony and the views it offered.
Cons: Needs a rooftop attraction for a nice viewing area at night.
Location: Lots of large department stores, close to many plazas and markets, very close to central Madrid. Very safe area.
Found there to be a lack of amenities but the location has lots of venues to explore so there's no need to spend a lot of time at the hotel. Beds were very comfortable and nice TV.
