“Good choice close to the airport.”

I only stayed one night so I would be close to the airport. Nice modern hotel, quiet, totally comfortable room. There is a supermarket a 10 minute walk away.

“Pretty Good Hotel”

The hotel was excellent! The only thing was that it was in the business district, so we had to walk about 15 minutes to get to the Metro station. But it's only about 7 miles from the airport and the rates were pretty good. Breakfast was really good, but it cost 17 Euro and was not included in the hotel price. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others

Although the hotel is a little away from the centre of Madrid, access is easy. Rooms are clean and modern. Staff is friendly. Internet access is free in all rooms. Ideal for the business traveler.

Nicely appointed hotel with very helpful, accommodating staff. No neighborhood ambiance to speak of, but close to the airport, the (northern) train station, and just a 15 euro cab to downtown Madrid.

I really like this hotel. It is brand new, the staff is very experienced and friendly. We had some issues that were resolved no questions asked. If I ever come back to visit Madrid, that's the place I will stay in.

We were looking to be close to a certain location and this hotel met our location needs. And then it turned out to be even nicer than we expected! I'm not sure if I would have stayed there if I wanted a location in the center of Madrid.

I stayed in the hotel for one week and was very comfortable, personel in the lobby, lobby bar, restaurant and the shuttle driver all spoke English and were very helpful, the rooms was clean and was kept that way the whole week, food in the restaurant especially breakfast was a buffet and was excellent.
