Total zentralPosted Aug 1, 2015

Nice hotel close to the opera housePosted Jul 15, 2015
Pros: location and staff
Cons: single room size could be a bit larger but adequate
Location: opposite opera house and close to royal palace, metro and bus very convenient
excellent helpful staff and comfortable single room if a little small, very good air conditioning, very comfortable bed, nice breakfast, useful computer area and restaurant

Pros: Peaceful, Personable staff, very close to the city activities.
Staff very helpful, even when trying to fit an oversized car into the small radius turns in the parking area.

Close enough to the centre without the noisePosted Jun 27, 2015
Really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. It's a standard flat rate of 30 euros from airport / about 20 mins in taxi. very close to centre of madrid without the noise. Very nice part to stay in with opera house opposite and royal palace behind. Very friendly helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: Staffs and location.
Cons: Include breakfast.
Location: The opera house, main street for shopping, close to subway station, Palacio and Jardines de Sabatini.
Our family of 4 stayed in this hotel during our recent visit in Madrid. The staffs were very friendly and room was clean. Opera a nice family own hotel with great services. We will stay at Opera again in our next Madrid visit.

Good hotel well located near metro stop. Decor is modern and clean. The front desk was very helpful in recommending restaurants and giving directions to attractions. Breakfast buffet can be included in room fees or nice cafe on premises. Ask for rooms on upper floor to minimize street noise..

Great location!!Posted Jun 1, 2015
Very central. It's walking distance to several touristic attractions, including the Royal Palace and The royal gardens. It's also close enough to the busy street of Gran Via but still located in a relatively quiet corner. The rooms with jacuzzi are excellent with a good size balcony, a plus after a long day of sightseeing. Will definitely stay there again in another visit to Madrid.
