Modern hotel with a different twist, in a great location and great staff. Breakfast was perfect too.

Pros: La posizione ed il comfort del letto
Cons: La gentilezza verso il Cliente, dovrebbero accertarsi che l'ospite sta vivendo un'ottima esoerienza
Location: Ottima posizione
Essendo celiaca avevo chiesto prodotti per celiaci. L'hotel aveva una scarsa selezione. Il personale non è "friendly", è molto rigido e cortese quanto basta.

Location: Excellent location near Metro and cafés etc.and very pleasant walking round the block.

New age hotel in an old city

Pros: The modern, clean look of the room, the A/C worked very well, the king bed was very nice and had very nice linens. In room computer.
Cons: The dining room: poor quality food, fairly high prices. The phone service, way too expensive.
Location: Good location, a 10 -15 minute walk to great shopping and beautiful parks. Starbucks just around the corner.
This is the first Petit Palace we have stayed in and we really enjoyed it. Check in was pleasant, although the room was not available until close to 4, although check in is supposed to be at 2. They held our luggage for us, and we were able to go touring and have lunch. The rooms are not large, but they are modern and well laid out. A very nice touch to have free internet and a computer in each room, going online was a breeze. Phone calls from the room were stupidly expensive, avoid this at all costs, even local calls. The staff were very helpful, giving us maps and directions, telling us what we should see as first time visitors to Madrid, and doing a bit of translating of a phone message for us. Do not get the breakfast option. The dining room is only there because a hotel needs one; it is not worth going to.

Im sorry your room was not available untill 4pm, in effect, we publish that check in time is at 2pm so I can only presume that we had some difficulties that day and I appologise if it caused any inconveniences to you. We understand that calls are expensive from the hotel and do make sure that guests have the calls costs available to them at all times in the in-room information booklets.
