Nice, modern hotel.Posted Oct 19, 2014
Pros: Clean rooms, great staff, good location.
Cons: No dishes or cutlery in rooms even though there is a small microwave, fridge and sink.
Location: Just out of the busy Grand Via main tourist attractions, but easily within walking distance or short metro ride.
Quiet hotel out of the busy downtown tourist area but still within walking distance (or short metro ride) to main attractions. Clean, modern rooms. Bathrooms fairly small but functional. Great, helpful and smiling staff. Good and reasonably priced breakfast in the morning. They were even able to provide me with gluten free bread for my morning toasts!

Stay at Suites VienaPosted Sep 22, 2014
My boyfriend and I stayed at Suites Viena for 3 nights while on our holiday to Madrid. It was in a great location - 20 minute drive from the airport but within a short walking distance to most of the other main attractions. The hotel room was very clean, with all of the facilities we wanted, including a huge double bed and air conditioning. The staff were also really helpful, giving us directions, tips on where to go and ordering a taxi for us when we needed one. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking on traveling to Madrid.

A very nice hotel about 35 km from BarcelonaPosted Sep 14, 2014
Cons: I couldn't get the A/C to bring the room temperature to a cooler level.
The hotel is about 35 km from Barcelona, easily accessible from the city by train. The train ride takes about 35 minutes. The hotel itself is modern and the rooms fairly large and functional. I'm quite sensitive to bed comfort and I slept quite well. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful.

Nice Hotel close to Palacio Real.Posted Sep 10, 2014
Pros: Everything specially the staff.
Cons: For us it was great.
Location: You can walk to Telesferico, Palacio Real, Grand via and the tour buses that take you around Madrid have a stop ome block away from the Hotel.
This Hotel is great. You can walk to Palacio Real and is a few minutes away from The Grand Via. It is an affortable Hotel that is close to the bus stop tours. The staff is wonderful, specially Joany the Cuban Lady serving breakfast. She is very friendly and helpful with everyone. We will stay here next time when in Madrid.

Hidden gem near Temple Debod & Plaza de SpaniaPosted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: Spacious room, microwave, air conditioning easy to adjust, free use of computer in lobby for internet as my suite wifi didn't work for me
Cons: Strong smoke smell in 2nd floor hall. Rooms facing Juan A. Mendizabal street hear all the noise going on during middle of night (garbage pickup, talk)
Location: Temple of Debod, Plaza D'Spania, Grande Via
Clean and modern this hotel offers good value with large suites (although bathrooms are quite small) and very close location to Plaza de Spania subway station and gardens. Free computer use in lobby as room wifi is unreliable.

nice hotel. convenient locationPosted Jul 19, 2014
friendly staff. we walked everywhere. location is close enough so that you can see most of the attractions just by walking but far enough away that people aren't constantly outside your hotel.

comfy bedsPosted Jul 14, 2014 on Hotels.com
Hotel is situated in a great location not too far from some of the attractions and transportation. The rooms are quite spacious with comfortable beds; and the air-condition was perfect for the heat in Madrid in July.
