“Madrid's Best”

This hotel is by far the best hotel in Madrid. Beautiful, great beds, clean, friendly staff, excellent food, great location, next to shopping area, etc...

“Renovation recommended - but excellent service”

Traditional hotel in a 1960s building, a bit tatty. Looks nicer from the inside than from the outside. Excellent service, "old school". Very good restaurant.
