Pros: Friendly, modern, clean hotel, comfortable bed, good shower.
Cons: Good value for Money.
Location: A quiet location about 10/15 minutes walk to main central areas Tribunal, Gran via, Sol. Very close to Bilbao metro and easy from Airport 1 change.
Perfect Hotel for City break, good location next to Bilbao Metro Blue line and 5 minutes walk from Bilbao brown line from Airport. Ten to fifteen minutes walk to main Centre Tribunal, Gran Via, and Sol. In a quiet area, but close enough to the centre for shopping and Tapas. The room was comfortable, the bed had a good mattress and cotton sheets and duvet, the room was compact, clean, modern, good shower, all we needed really after walking round Madrid all day. Staff friendly and very helpful. We had a late Lunch when we arrived and Breakfast both days which was good and value for money.

Easy access to centre of city and airportPosted Nov 4, 2013
Pros: The staff and cleanliness. Free WiFi
Location: We enjoyed the "Walks of Spain" tapas evening tour-very convivial.-see their website. Also enjoyed flamenco show at Cafetin La Quimera-book now!
The staff at this small hotel are first class and helpful. The free WiFi is easy to use. The shower in our room was very good but there is a lack of space to put "things" but I guess if you are only staying three or four days it is adequate. Nearby there are shops, cafes, ATMs and bars including Clamores Jazz Club. We used the metro a lot as the Bilbao station entrance is literally outside the hotel door. A ten euro multitrip ticket lasted us the 4 days [we used some taxis at night]

Nice central hotel.Posted Oct 27, 2013
Pros: Everything including the free internet.
Cons: A few more English TV channels besides BBC World.
Location: It was an excellent location for us. We loved the interesting walks, the tourist attractions and the shops, especially on the Calle de Serrano.
We stayed four nights in mid-October and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel was excellent. Our room was on the fifth floor with a balcony, a wonderful shower and a very comfortable bed. The room was cleaned every day. There was ample storage space. Its location allowed us to see all the tourist attractions, shops and restaurants. We chose the buffet breakfast each day and were not disappointed; there was an excellent range of food and freshly baked breads and croissants. We thank Barbara for her excellent service. Highlight of or stay was the three hour culinary lunch at El Club Allard – really memorable. We also thank Sergio in reception for being attentive and helpful to all our questions and requests. He provided a excellent service. We would stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to our friends.

Great place for exploring Central MadridPosted Oct 21, 2013
The staff here are very helpful and friendly. The place has a nice clean and well designed feel to it. The location makes it easy to walk to the main tourist attractions in Central Madrid. Given that it will probably be far less expensive than somewhere a bit stuffy in the heart, what's not to like.

Lovely small hotelPosted Oct 20, 2013
Friendly and helpful staff, super comfortable bed in a room that doesn't feel cramped as in some European hotels. Whoever designed the interior understands that style doesn't have to jump out at you. Luchano now tops our list of places to stay in Madrid

Fabulous location and hotelPosted Oct 17, 2013
Pros: The friendly staff and location
Cons: Can't really think of anything
Location: An easy 10 minute walk to the hub of activity. Madrid can be confusing finding your way around but we had fun wondering the streets and getting lost!
Very modern, quiet and a great location! The metro is right out the front door! Getting to th train station was a breeze! Front desk staff were MORE than helpful with restaurant recomendations, directions and even getting helping us get soccer tickets to see Real Madrid play Copenhagen!! All in all a wonderful stay at the Innside!

Excellent location-a little off the beaten pathPosted Oct 13, 2013
Cons: Breakfast should be included with your stay.
Nice boutique hotel, clean and close enough to all Madrid has to offer. Staff went out of their way to find us a bullfight and get taxis, etc.

Clean, welcoming hotel located near to the Metro.Posted Sep 30, 2013
Pros: Polite helpful staff, good location, nice breakfast, clean room, with a modern zing about it. Most staff have a good command of the English language.
Cons: There are net curtains in the bathroom but these are not much use early in the morning or late at night - not with an office block right opposite!
Location: The Metro is only about 10m from the hotel door, only a few stops from Sol Square. There are a range of shops and restaurants nearby.
The rooms are really quite quiet and air conditioned. Two wardrooms so plenty of room for all ones clothes. The fridge however acted as an oven rather than cooled things down but the soft drinks in the fridge were included in the price of the room. When we went there (Sept 2013) the fitness room was out of order. Would I go back - definitely.
