Excellent location with Bilbao Metro a 20m walkPosted May 29, 2014
Pros: Decor. Breakfast was OK Double glazing and balcony glazing eliminates nearly all outside sound - pity that internal noise was the problem
Cons: Room cleaning timetable needs changing to suit clients not the hotel- check customer profiles Couples on holiday are wanting a rest during a busy day
Location: Madrid was good as walking is easy with plenty of Museums, Parks and restaurants Lots of interesting neighbourhoods Staff in bars/shops were polite
UNFORTUNATELY Rooms are cleaned 5-7PM and this interrupts your rest between touring and dinner. One day we returned and the room was still unserviced. We had to leave the hotel as the bar was closed and returned 30mins later while cleaning was carried out Rooms on all floors ending .01 have a cleaners cupboard on both sides and workers are noisy. Upstairs cleaning with dragged chairs and tables was another noise nuisance. TV on English channels was hopeless and that combined with the cleaners timetable made our waking/resting time there unacceptable.

This hotel is very comfortable, clean and close to the center of Madrid. Breakfast is not included but they offer a good deal for 10 Eu of you agree to buy it for all days of your stay. We accepted and we loved it! Many options to eat, healthy and delicious. Staff was very helpful and kind. I would come back again!

Great Boutique HotelPosted May 26, 2014
My sister and I stayed here for four days and were really pleased with our stay. Initially, we were a little skeptical because there didn't appear to be much around the hotel aside from a few restaurants, but within a day, we could not be more pleased with our choice. Location is great because it is off the main strip of Gran Via, but only two metro stops away. Gran Via can be sleazy and very touristy, so after a long day of walking, it was great to come back to Innside and leave the crowds and chaos behind. Clean, spacious and quiet was our room. There is a mini fridge in the room that gets stocked daily and is included with the room (soda, OJ, water), which was a nice bonus. The hotel staff was very friendly and spoke English. The front desk lady called a cab for us to take us to the airport when we checked out.

Easy walk to city centrePosted May 22, 2014
Pros: Bedroom was small but ample and included room safe and complimentary mini bar, the walk in shower was good and the rainfall shower excellent.
Cons: More clothes hangers required in hanging space, and the breakfast was poor for the price paid.
Location: Good location and plenty of bars and cafés nearby.
Hotel very modern and clean. The staff were very friendly and arranged my transfers from and to the airport as I requested.

Good location to Grand Via and Sol & free mini barPosted Mar 26, 2014
Pros: Location, condition of the room and friendly staff.
Cons: Providing guest amenities (as stated above) and perhaps adding some pictures to the bedroom walls.
Location: A good choice of restaurants, bakeries and boutiques within walking distance of the hotel
Good location to the central parts of the city (c15 minute walk to Grand Via and Sol) with a good choice of restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel is right by Bilbao Metro station which is ideal. There are also 2 buses outside the hotel which take you to the Bernabéu Stadium. The hotel is fairly new and in good condition. Although the rooms are very clean, they lack a little character (ie, quite basic with no pictures on the wall). I would say that it was more of a 3*+ hotel rather than a 4* hotel. They also did not provide guest amenities such as a shower cap (on request only), vanity and sewing kits, toothpaste and shaving kit; the usual items which you would get with a 4* hotel. 2 or 3 English speaking channels (news channels only) although there is plenty to do in Madrid apart from watching TV! A complimentary mini bar which contained soft drinks was a nice touch. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. I travel to Madrid at least once per year and it would be a hotel that I would consider returning to on a future visit.
