Below the standards

Pros: The friendliness of most of the staff, specially the concierge (although my registration was extremely slow). Location is good.
Cons: The building can not be improved, but breakfast could.
Location: Good shopping and offices.
Almost always that I choose an Inter hotel I have a great experience because this chain has high standards. Unfortunately the Inter Madrid is below my expectations because the lobby is very narrow, the breakfast buffet is not outstanding, and the rooms are tiny.

We contacted the concierge about visiting one of the palaces. He (concierge) made the phone call and booked my wife and I on the tour. We were picked up the people providing the tour. By the way, this tour service costed 81 EURO. We were picked up in front of the hotel and taken to the touring place. We were then grouped in to tour groups. We were then on tour of Madrid beginning at approximately 0915 hours. Throughout the tour the tour guide provided tidbits of Madrid in three different languages. Making this extremely time consuming. We traveled in this tour for about two and a half hours without bath room breaks. After this tour, we were immediately taken to the museum for a tour that lasted until approximately 1 1/2 hours. Again without a bath room break. Or a break for consumption of food. What was most disappointing about this tour, is after walking for most of the tour, we were told that we were on our own for travel back to our hotel. This was most disappointing.

Lobby and rooms are nice. Breakfast is good, worth the price in the room rate. Staff is very friendly. The only missing thing was swimming pool. We had two rooms. Noticed that the room with two single beds was a bit nicer and a bit bigger than the room with one double bed.

Nice property. We had breakfast buffet included in our rate, it was excellent. Housekeeping staff provided an excellent daily service. Overall,we were satisfied.Javier at the front desk was very nice.

Very friendly hot

Pros: Well placed, 2 metro stations nearby but everywhere is walkable.
Cons: Swimming pool would be good.
Location: 30 minute walk to the Prado, 5 minutes to a metro station.
Stayed here for 4 nights and had a great time, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is very good and I would recommend the Sunday brunch. Do try the gin and tonics, they are expensive but worth it.

Great hotel

Pros: Staff,room. Breakfast buffet was very good and up to 11am! Ideal after a late night. Didn't dine in the hotel, but it looked good
Cons: Not much
Location: A little out of the city centre , plenty taxis,close to the metro & Calle de Serrano, a street full of designer shops, if you like that sort of thing!
Great hotel, great room and great staff. We were on a weekend city break and the hotel is located a bit away from the major sights. Nevertheless the hotel is a short stroll from swanky shopping and several embassies

El hotel esta impecable y el servicio excelente. El piso Club con desayuno incluido es un plus por la exclusividad. La zona es tranquila y sin mucho ruido.

Cons: site van expedia
We hebben gereserveerd met 4 volwassen en 1 kind. Hotel is tussengekomen voor kind aangezien er precies geen bed was gereseveerd door expedia hoewel we gereseveerd hebben. Uitstekende service va Hotel. Jammer dat expedia niet duidelijk was met reservering van kind.
