“Close to Cibeles and Gran Via, can't wait to go back.”

I was very pleased with this hotel. My room was quite large for European standards -- huge bathroom too. Location is unbeatable, staff quite friendly. There is a small fridge in the room, as well an electric kettle. Free wireless, although I had to go down to the lobby, as the signal was rather weak in my room (4th floor). A well hidden jewell!!

“Great hotel & location for the price”

Great hotel & location for the price. The area is the Chuceau district. I highly recommend the restaurant Bazaar which is right around the corner.

“Great Location, but room quality can be disapointing.”

The room was interior and very, very dark, with a window facing another room at very short distance. Our written request for an high floor was not attended.The Hotel is well located, clean, but the furniture needs a bit of attention. Overall an average Hotel, on good spot, just in front of Starbucks, near Chueca and Gran Via.

“Good location”

Excellent location. A bit expensive for the quality of the hotel, but you´re paying location. The staff was nice, and the rooms were spacious.

“Great location...great customer service.”

From the moment I arrived, the customer service was fantastic. The only downside is that it took a bit longer to reduce the heat but after that it was great. Great location, and again great customer service all the time.

“Excellent choice..”

Great hotel...Right around the corner from Gran Via but on a side street, so not noisy..Very comfortable rooms, and great service. Fantastic hotel..Nothing to complain about.
