“Fantastic Hotel!”

The hotel location is fantastic, only 10 minute walk from Sol metro station,and located on Plaza Santa Ana which is surrounded by a great choice of tapas bars and restuarants.. The hotel room (although slightly smaller than most) was clean, comfortable and modern. My husband enjoyed playing the variety of lighting option (inc purple) and flat screen tv, whilst i enjoyed the collection of luxurious toiletries... The staff were friendly and helpful and the turndown service complete with candle and chocolates was a nice touch.

“A Stylish Hotel in the centre of Madrid”

A very stylish hotel set in the centre of Madrid. From Plaza Santa Ana it's not more than 15 minutes walk to the main shopping areas, museums and nightlife. The hotel staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. My only criticism is that our delux room was on the small side even for a standard sized room.

This is a great hotel for its location and service. Located right in the ever popular Plaza Santa Ana, it offers easy access to major sites, public transportation, great food venues as well as venues for the evening. There is a multilingual staff who is very helpful and accommodating with hotel amenities and local queries.

very nice, high tech. hotel, perfectly located in the middle of all attractions and places of interest. clean rooms, small thou. overpriced breakfast. freindly hotel workers.

“Fantastic Hotel, Fantastic location”

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel and the eleventh time we have stayed in this area,(we must like it)and would have are already planning our next trip here again, the hotel has a great lounge bar, restaurant and penthouse club witch has fantastic views of Madrid, the only downside is that it is expensive to drink and eat at the ME Madrid, however you pay for the surroundings and location as it is located in the plaza Santa Anna where their are many great tapas bars and the nightlife is legendary. I would also point out in my experiance Madrid is a very safe City any time of the day and night, just dont be silly with your belongings,just as you would back home.

Within walking distance to many areas in the heart of Madrid. Accesible Metro and Train stations nearby. Service oriented staff. Very clean. I will strongly recommended.

“Comfort, convenience, and chic in Old Madrid”

This hotel is located on Plaza Santa Ana, a very convenient location within walking distance of Puerta del Sol, a transportation hub. There are tons of bars and restaurants nearby and the view from the rooftop lounge is beautiful. I would have liked more soundproofing between our room and the suite next door, as the guests there watched a soccer game (loudly) on Sunday morning. The staff was vey helpful and fluent in English.

Excellent location. Hotel very comfortable. Staff excellent. Room of a high standard. Only criticism is that the sleeping area was a bit small
